I was about to give up on love. But then I came across this beautiful affirmations video . I'm always being told that I'm beautiful. I initially just listened..halfway through I repeated in present tense which made it more powerful.
It should be convincing to your subconscious mind ,sometimes the present tense affirmation creates a conflict within your mind.
