Super simple to follow on. I just completed building my very 1st PC in over a decade since my last one. Figuring out how to add an additional SSD through your video really saved the amount of time trying to understand. Cheers!
Just got an SSD today and this tutorial really helped with the installation and setup for it, thanks for the help and keep making videos like that that can help people that are doing this for the first time.
Ordered an SSD, it didn't work, checked the connections twice and then thrice. Nothing was working. After an hour, I decided to watch this video as it was taunting me on the Google search page. Of all things, for it to have been because the other side of the cable wasn't plugged in... 😂 It works now, and you helped with confusion of initializing and allocating, you get a thumbs up and a sincere heart felt thank you 😊
Had no idea I was supposed to format and stuff was wondering why it didn't show up thought i did something wrong got yourself a sub simple and to the point
You just saved my day! I was about to return my SSD... Had no idea I had to allocate and isntall and all those things! You, Sir, deserve more likes! Thanks a lot for this video!
Dude, I just bought this same PC, case and all, and I had no idea how to hook up my GPU. This video not only helped me figure out how to install 2.5ssd, but also how to get my GPU going! Thank you!
I like how he assumes we learning this process so we can shove more steam games onto our PC and immediately shows us how to do it after installing. Which is why I’m watching this Tutorial in the first place 😂 Thanks 🙏
This was so clutch man…I was in a never ending cycle of clearing up 200gb of space by uploading to my cloud drive to work on 2 videos at a time. Finally just installed an additional 2TB SSD thanks to this video
Thanks man I struggled with my Sata for hours thinking it was the power cable or something but with your help I managed to finaly install it. Thanks again for doing a full guide!
i just bought a pc from skytech and now you guys helping me again install the ssd i just bought . amazing pc and amazing help from this video i will recommend you guys to anyone asks
A simple and well made video was very helpful. Thanks for showing every part of the process definitely saved me some frustration in trying to initialize
Had no idea it was this simple. I was getting ready to contact the company I bought my prebuilt from for help. I thought those four holes in the case were for some kind of SSD holder that they forgot to send along with the PC lol thanks a lot for this guide.
Amazing found out that in the process of building my pc 2 years ago me and my dad never activated the 2T hard drive either. So now I have 4T of free space to use up.
Thank you so much dude, im looking to buy a second drive and saw someone online mention the disk management software which made me lose confidence and be affraid it wasnt going to work, now i have my confidence back!
Excellent video, very comprehensive and covers all the details you might need. Very well made, got my new drive installed and working after forgetting how I did it years ago.
Very helpful. Thank you. Only question, if I keep some saved games on the stock drive, do I need to transfer that data to the new drive or will the computer understand where the data is if I just fire something up
Really helpful, I was wondering wtf was a SATA cable and what it was for! And yes, I just built my first PC so boo hoo if I didn't know wth SATA was xD
I just installed one of those, it was a 1tb SSD via SATA (same as in the video). Once it fills to about 90gb it starts running like a bag of sh1t, takes almost an hour to transfer 1gb of data to it.
Hey, the cble that goes to the power supply, I don't have one of those. Where can I find one for my Samsung SSD. I have the Sata Cable for my mother board but no cable from my power supply
That was my first time using that camera. The settings were all changed because we shared that one in the office at the time. I am not very good at camera settings on a camera that I am not used to. Blur is annoying for sure, but hopefully you still found it helpful.
this was soo helpfull when i first installed it the ram was acting up and then the graphics card was acting up i dont know why but ya but this was helpfull and my pc is acting good now
So right now I’m using the plug of sata to usb and I have the ssd running fine that way, I wanted to plug it directly into the motherboard like the way you showed, I ordered a data cable from amazon and hooked the sata cable of the psu to it, it ran verrryyyy slowwww and windows was unusable, I tried to change the sata port and the sata cable used two times and its the same.. what can I do? There is still like 2 sata cables of the psu that I haven’t tried but booting it up takes so long that I gave up trying the rest of the sata cables.
i installed my sata ssd today but i didnt have allocate or find the drive it was ready to use , but problem is was working fine then suddenly i keep getting disk write error now , and i cant copy files on it

I've had an SSD for almost a year now, never could get it installed. Thanks for the simple and easy to follow video. Huge help.
bro never bothered to get help until a year later
Now you gotta reinstall windows lol
Bro waited a whole year instead of just doing a quick google search💀
Bro didn’t want to watch other videos
Bro is a hardcore procrastinator
Had no idea I was supposed to format and stuff was wondering why it didn't show up thought i did something wrong got yourself a sub simple and to the point

Glad to hear it!
It was probably a bummer to see your footage out of focus, but you did a good job overlaying the images of the items. Thanks for the help.
I like how he assumes we learning this process so we can shove more steam games onto our PC and immediately shows us how to do it after installing. Which is why I’m watching this Tutorial in the first place 😂 Thanks 🙏
we all gamers here ;)
This was so clutch man…I was in a never ending cycle of clearing up 200gb of space by uploading to my cloud drive to work on 2 videos at a time. Finally just installed an additional 2TB SSD thanks to this video
I set up this SSD SPECIFICALLY to install steam games onto, so that extra part in the end just set me up for everything I needed! Thank you so much!
Everything out of focus 😩😩😩😩🤬
Is that an angry orgasm
lol
It's honestly impressive that they managed to get everything out of focus. Not a single shot is clear. And they didn't even bother redoing it...
its easy bro,
😂
FINALLY FOUND A TH-camR THAT MAKES THIS KIND OF THINGS SO SIMPLE AND EASY!! THANKYOU

Thanks for the help! Couldn't have done it without the tutorial!
Amazing found out that in the process of building my pc 2 years ago me and my dad never activated the 2T hard drive either. So now I have 4T of free space to use up.

Thanks forgot about drive allocation. It's always the little things that get you.
My HDD broke and this is absolutely helpful (luckily I don't think I even put anything on the HDD)
It all worked perfectly, super helpful video! A few menus looked very slightly different but everything went smoothly.

Really helpful, I was wondering wtf was a SATA cable and what it was for! And yes, I just built my first PC so boo hoo if I didn't know wth SATA was xD
Great tutorial helped a lot.
What if you bought your pc used and don’t have the screws that came with the motherboard? What screws do we need to buy?
I just installed one of those, it was a 1tb SSD via SATA (same as in the video). Once it fills to about 90gb it starts running like a bag of sh1t, takes almost an hour to transfer 1gb of data to it.
thanks for this, was a big help.

That was my first time using that camera. The settings were all changed because we shared that one in the office at the time. I am not very good at camera settings on a camera that I am not used to. Blur is annoying for sure, but hopefully you still found it helpful.
