Schnitz Suppe and Greble in the barn! Wyoming 307-24-7

It's a German tradition to eat Greble and Schnitz Supper for a Good Friday meal. The tradition is to eat it cold - we like it warm - plumbs, raisins , pears, etc, dried fruit soup with a cream base! Some say it's an acquired taste!
