CTA L: Kimball Bound 1981-1987 Budd Company 2600 Series Cars @ Washington/Wabash

In this video, we have a brown line train consisting of Budd Company 2600 Series cars heading northbound towards Kimball Station.
This particular train run number is 411. Why does that matter? Because for some reason at the time of this video, the train was showing up as a purple line express train (509) on the tracker. Pretty odd…
