I can never hear the announcements on pace. They’re always quieter than the CTA announcements.
The AC was loud so that’s why you couldn’t hear it good in this recording. If you watched my recordings of 15505 (literally a recording for people that are fans of the door announcements) and 17550, you can hear the announcements clear as day.

@@knightclassic1 same here. I remember seeing the Flxibles and Novas a lot on the north side around 08-09. Also they’re 4th gens not 3rd gens 😂 But the newer novas, imo at least, don’t disappoint at all. They fit in perfectly, especially the fact they look just like the 6400s.

Nice work Jay! I used ride these alongside the CNG’s to UPS Hodgkins when my car was out of commission for repairs. Once they get onto some open road they can fly real quick

I enjoyed driving the ElDorado National Axess BRT 40 foot buses up here in the northern suburbs of Waukegan. I be flying down when i go to College of Lake County on route 572 and 565 then i switching into route 570 that goes through Grayslake and Fox Lake.
I still need to come out to Joliet one day. I’ll probably do that when I come out there next time.

I always been a bus fan since childhood. My wife is a commuter train fan, she like trains and light rails including Metra. We both have a passion for transit enthusiasm. Great NABIs up there in Miami.
