  • In the Satipatthana, the "four establishments of mindfulness", this is the third video in the series on "mindfulness of feeling".
    This 3rd of 3 videos explore further Mindfulness of Feeling meditation started from the 1st video (which contained 1st two talks). 2nd video contains three talks, Talk 3: Overview of Seeing Feeling as Feeling; Talk 4: Nataure of Pleasure and Suffering, and Talk5: Arising and Ceasing of Feelings. This video explains the "emptiness of feeling."
    Please set test the volume to a comfortable meditation level so that the teaching and ending bell (e.g. at 40:00) does not surprise you in the midst of meditation.
