Hey Fred, I just want to say thank you for taking the time to make these videos.
I not only suffer from insomnia but also am training for a long distance running event. I'm running sometimes up to 20-22 miles a day and run every single day. The occasional rest day is still filled with other exercise to give the legs a break.
It takes ice, yoga, and your ASMR (plus a couple others that seem to help me) in order for my body to finally relax. Sleep is so much more difficult on top of insomnia with hours of exercise daily but it also becomes so much more important for my body to heal itself.
So thank you for all you do and keep up the great work! Have a good night (morning I guess in England).
