I love seeing the bond between you and your mom. I miss my mom so so much. She passed away about 7 years ago she was only 52 and it was very hard on me. I cry alot when I say my prays at night. My dad passed away 3 weeks after I lost my home to a fire and that was 3 years ago. The holidays and birthdays I miss them terribly but when I see you and Ama puts a smile on my face. I am happy you are doing better. I have had 2 emergency surgeries I have had bowel obstructions and the doctor told me if It happens again that the next surgery would be me getting the bag that I poop into and I would poop from my stomach. I am sorry I forgot what it's called. I am so happy you are cancer free !!

Matt is the BEST boyfriend a woman could ask for. I love how after he asked if she was okay he took her face in his hands to look at her, to double check that her facial expression indicated she was okay.
I also like the way he jokes with her . He does it to cheer her up and lighten the mood when she’s been through something so serious . He’d lost so much weight and looked distraught when she’d just had her operation . Now he’s put on weight and is happy which is nice to see. Most men run or just don’t support their female partner . Tiffany is very lucky !

Just recently found you. You are a true blessing. What a sweet kind calm & lovely voice you have. Even you relax me. You voice all the same things I’m going through. Follicular lymphoma & breast cancer. Of course didn’t have before & didn’t know what to expect. Listening to your experiences. The medical people. The treatments. The worrying. Pain. Weakness. All the same. People can’t really understand what you go through. They try. But so nice hear the same things I’m feeling. Hoping you’re safe for the next 3 mos. Mine is a life long cancer that will have like flare ups. That will symptomatically have to be treated for the rest of my life. Had bad reaction to chemo. Don’t know what they’d have to do next time. It’s just so scary not to know what will happen to you. From now on. Whew. Very best to you. 🥰😍 I really don’t understand why so many people are getting cancer. All over the world. One easy easy recipe I have is called Bengal Chicken-4 ingredients 3 heaping Tablespoons of curry 3 Tablespoons of apricot or peach jam( I use any jam I have) One jar of Thick and chunky salsa(these are your precut veggies) 4 chicken breasts Place some oil in a pan. Cut up chicken into cubes.Brown chicken in oil. Cook till done. Add jar of salsa, curry and jam. Stir well and simmer till done. Serve over rice! Soooo good!

NOOOO... NEVER just break the stems!! A sharp angled cut with a knife is best & removal of all leaves that will be below the water line. I've worked with a LOT of flowers! 🌺🌹

Praying for you beautiful thank God Mija you’ve a great family of support. My husband was diagnosed with stage 4 it has metastasized incurable but God has a plan for him. I thank God everyday for my 8 brothers and sisters, nieces, nephews and etc. they all take turns to help me with my mother in law that’s 105 years of age we take care of. We don’t want to take her to a nursing home so am dealing with alot. I love seeing your channel you pick up my mood and my husband’s mood. We’ve to stay positive thru this horrible diagnosis. I can see the sign of relief in Amma’s eyes. Tiffany as time goes on since you’re out of the hospital and recovering at home for things like strengthening your muscles in your bladder ask your team of doctors and nurses when it’s okay to do mild physiotherapy exercises for the bladder like kegel exercises because while you had the Foley catheter in your muscles in your bladder atrophied making it difficult to know when your bladder is completely empty. Kegel exercises will restrengthen your muscles within the bladder to help from the feeling of leaking out urine. I would wait on the kegel exercises until the wounds have healed. There are other physiotherapy exercises to do to strengthen the other muscles elsewhere but again until a physician or nurse give you the go ahead wait. You’re doing great and with each week that passes you will feel stronger than the week before. Always listen to your body and don’t overdo it because you were essentially bedridden for the 3 weeks in hospital and it’s not uncommon to feel out of breath after standing for too long. At your local pharmacy or drugstore they have a device called a pulsometer which not only checks your pulse but also your oxygen levels. It’s worn on your index finger and you had one on in the hospital as a patient. Keep in your bullet journal what your oxygen levels are and when your home health nurses check on you let them know. Prayers continue for your continued recovery and strength hoping that when you have the CT to check the nodule in your lung that it’s all clear. They just want to check on it. Definitely try to go outside every day, I’ve been dealing with anxiety and I always notice a big difference when I’m going outside regularly. It kind of gets you to being present and calms your mind down as you said, too. Even 15mins outside make a difference :) And also you will feel a little bit more like stepping forward each day and make progress.

Her last real time video was done after all of these videos were filmed so I think she just needs time to herself. She was visibly very down and vulnerable in that video and was obviously still processing everything that she has been through. I'm sure she will update anything that she feels comfortable to share when she is ready 😊

Matt is the BEST boyfriend a woman could ask for. I love how after he asked if she was okay he took her face in his hands to look at her, to double check that her facial expression indicated she was okay.
I also like the way he jokes with her . He does it to cheer her up and lighten the mood when she’s been through something so serious . He’d lost so much weight and looked distraught when she’d just had her operation . Now he’s put on weight and is happy which is nice to see. Most men run or just don’t support their female partner . Tiffany is very lucky !

Just recently found you. You are a true blessing. What a sweet kind calm & lovely voice you have. Even you relax me. You voice all the same things I’m going through. Follicular lymphoma & breast cancer. Of course didn’t have before & didn’t know what to expect. Listening to your experiences. The medical people. The treatments. The worrying. Pain. Weakness. All the same. People can’t really understand what you go through. They try. But so nice hear the same things I’m feeling. Hoping you’re safe for the next 3 mos. Mine is a life long cancer that will have like flare ups. That will symptomatically have to be treated for the rest of my life. Had bad reaction to chemo. Don’t know what they’d have to do next time. It’s just so scary not to know what will happen to you. From now on. Whew.

Love to see you all back to normal and so hard to believe what you have been through!! One easy easy recipe I have is called Bengal Chicken-4 ingredients
3 heaping Tablespoons of curry
3 Tablespoons of apricot or peach
jam( I use any jam I have)
One jar of Thick and chunky salsa(these are your precut veggies)
4 chicken breasts
Place some oil in a pan. Cut up chicken into cubes.Brown chicken in oil. Cook till done. Add jar of salsa, curry and jam. Stir well and simmer till done. Serve over rice! Soooo good!

Tiff - I had a thought when you are relaxing in your long nightie and getting chilly - get yourself (on line from all sorts of places eg Dunelm etc) a heated throw. It can sit on your couch as a normal throw until you need it and stays plugged in when you use it very snuggly !!

One of my daughters worked at Buckingham palace as the late queens housekeeper and the flower lady there said you shouldn’t cut flowers but should tear them, they take water up better that way and last longer. 💐
NOOOO... NEVER just break the stems!! A sharp angled cut with a knife is best & removal of all leaves that will be below the water line. I've worked with a LOT of flowers! 🌺🌹

My husband was diagnosed with stage 4 it has metastasized incurable but God has a plan for him. I thank God everyday for my 8 brothers and sisters, nieces, nephews and etc. they all take turns to help me with my mother in law that’s 105 years of age we take care of. We don’t want to take her to a nursing home so am dealing with alot. I love seeing your channel you pick up my mood and my husband’s mood. We’ve to stay positive thru this horrible diagnosis. I can see the sign of relief in Amma’s eyes. Tiffany as time goes on since you’re out of the hospital and recovering at home for things like strengthening your muscles in your bladder ask your team of doctors and nurses when it’s okay to do mild physiotherapy exercises for the bladder like kegel exercises because while you had the Foley catheter in your muscles in your bladder atrophied making it difficult to know when your bladder is completely empty. Kegel exercises will restrengthen your muscles within the bladder to help from the feeling of leaking out urine. I would wait on the kegel exercises until the wounds have healed. There are other physiotherapy exercises to do to strengthen the other muscles elsewhere but again until a physician or nurse give you the go ahead wait.
You’re doing great and with each week that passes you will feel stronger than the week before. Always listen to your body and don’t overdo it because you were essentially bedridden for the 3 weeks in hospital and it’s not uncommon to feel out of breath after standing for too long. At your local pharmacy or drugstore they have a device called a pulsometer which not only checks your pulse but also your oxygen levels. It’s worn on your index finger and you had one on in the hospital as a patient. Keep in your bullet journal what your oxygen levels are and when your home health nurses check on you let them know. Prayers continue for your continued recovery and strength hoping that when you have the CT to check the nodule in your lung that it’s all clear. They just want to check on it. Definitely try to go outside every day, I’ve been dealing with anxiety and I always notice a big difference when I’m going outside regularly. It kind of gets you to being present and calms your mind down as you said, too. Even 15mins outside make a difference :) And also you will feel a little bit more like stepping forward each day and make progress.
Best mom of the year. Always there. You have to have expectations. Your expectation is to be cancer free.

Her last real time video was done after all of these videos were filmed so I think she just needs time to herself. She was visibly very down and vulnerable in that video and was obviously still processing everything that she has been through. I'm sure she will update anything that she feels comfortable to share when she is ready 😊
