Me to I eat nduma and gwacii. I buy a lot, peel, cut into 4 pieces each, bake them.when completely cool I wrap them in cling paper and foil sheets and freeze them and they last me up to month. So when I need them I take them from freezer the night before and in morning i put them in oven or toaster oven and they are fresh and delicious 🤤
