One of the most underrated groups of all time. Their music transcends generations and still has the ability to make you dance. And to think English wasn’t even their first language, remarkable!
I was in a mall with my friend who was shopping and I waited outside for him to finish but the song was everybody wants to rule the world, it was empty just the two of us and a few janitors and workers. The mall felt almost un alive like this photo here.
Me and my Brothers are Chilling in the Mall, just before Closing. We are sitting beside the Exit, we see some Janitors and Security Workers take away the things they are holding, and shout “Alright, Let’s get this party started!” The man at the PA puts on “Dancing Queen”, the whole Mall turns into a Dance Club. Me and my brothers dance with the Workers there. At the end of the song we exit, and we look back seeing the Workers waving, and saying “Thanks for staying here, most of the Customers leave when we arrive!” Such a Cool Mall
You find yourself in this empty mall, you don't know how you got here, you just awoke inside this brightly lit but empty, and possibly, after hours mall. Then this song starts playing. How freaked out are you?
(Random story because I’m bored) 1976 Fashion mall “This is great guys! We got all the new clothes!” “I know right we’re gonna look so cool!” You hear your friends rambling, usually you’d join but something was off. You knew something was wrong. “Hey guys let’s go home.” You say sternly “Aw come on! We’re having fu-“ just then the light cut out everything shut down. The air became thick and hard to breathe. Then the lights turn back on. “What the fuck.” “Chill guys, maybe it was a reset..” your friends try to make the best of the situation. You on the other hand with eyes wide and short breaths you were able to choke out. “Where is everyone?..” you say breathy. your friends heads shoot up as they look around. Bodies. Everywhere. Everyone that was in that mall was now dead. Low buzzing sounds as the music plays again. Your favorite song. Dancing queen by ABBA. Panic sets in. You all run trying to find the exit. But it’s like the exits disappeared. You hear a loud bang you and your other friend look back. Your friend is dead. On the floor blood pouring out of her head. You and your other friend shriek and scream in pain and fear. The music in the background almost as if it’s a taunt. Or whatever was chasing you was wanting you to leave this world somewhat happy. Seeing something out of the corner of your eye you grab your friend and run. Your friend can’t go anymore she stops and try’s to catch her breath. Another loud bang. Your last friend. Dead. Her neck twisted. You feel sick to your stomach your legs burning, your chest burning. Your breathes are wheezes. Your face red and tear stained. Just as the song starts to end. You run into a wall and your eyes widen as you feel a breath down your neck. The music bouncing off the yellow walls. With a smell like damp carpet. The light buzzing. You hold your breath like you had forgotten how to breathe. There’s one thing you know. And one thing on your mind….Your next.

I don't really think ABBA is underrated. They are great though
How is ABBA, one of the biggest selling bands ever, underrated? Do you know the meaning of underrated?

Until they're seen as the likes of Queen, they're underrated.

I actually experienced this exact thing once
When you realize that if the dancing queen was 17 when the song came out...
*She would be 65 this year...*

This makes me feel that we will die eventually and can only live in the moment..
that's why we should enjoy life
I definitely love this ABBA song, it's my favorite and imagining myself in that scenario was really cool!

I know this mall it used to be called redbird mall next to a sears store. Iused to go there alot as a kid. In my early teens the mall was fading
Needs the sound of the lights buzzing in the background to be complete!
I will consider this concept for future edits :)
Not me just sitting there and vibeing
Interesting; would make for a good horror flick. I used to rollerskate to this song in the 1970s/1980s
Music is the closest thing we have to a time machine
*see that girl... watch that scene...*
Digging the Dancing Queen...
Good bye malls..

I think I've been to that mall before.
Sinceramente, me encanta la vibra que está emitiendo. Recuerdo haber visto Mamma mia hace mucho tiempo 💞

I can imagine a movie like my bloody Valentine
Enquanto escuto esse vídeo e fecho os olhos me sinto dentro deste shopping, solitário; refletindo e FELIZ com minha própria presença.
The first thing I said while listening to this video
Well now I'm just in the back rooms wth-
Why do i feel like I know the place and have been there
