Those tall pine trees on the right at 18:14, way in the back, those are the same famous trees seen in the foreground shot of when ET flies across the moon in a bicycle. In bad guy, Billie shot from the side. In ET, Spielberg shot from the front.
If you watch the Rolling Stones interview with them about the song, she talks about her inspiration for the break in it. And you’ll learn about a lot of aspects of the production, and that outro was done by Billie. Definitely recommend watching that even if it’s in your own time
