I'd wager the way to go defensively was 2 BPDs, one IWB on S and IFB on D. Maybe would have too little width early in buildup, idk.
Worth a punt
@@StingerNeilD get that sweet Pep 3-2-5 buildup structure
Should deffo do a top 10 or tier list of your tactics before the end of FM24, ranking them on effectiveness and weirdness, talking about what types of players that'd work in the roles
Maybe include a disclaimer for newer players that it's best to implement a tactic in pre-season and work on familiarity in friendlies and training rather than just plug and play mid-season
Cheers for the suggestion 🫡
You should install the database "50% fewer injuries" in every start of the save. FM24 can really destroy your save with a lot of injuries which make the game unrealistic.
Great attacking tactic. Think I’d be tempted to go with either higher wingbacks and a half back or 3 at the back and 2 DMs
Like the sound - I'm not the best at putting 3atbs together
Kenny Emegha, the best bout machine.
7:38 The "nho" sound in Portuguese is like the "gna" in lasagna, so its more like "Mateusigno"
Obrigado
Really good video, just came across it and it's very relatable and watchable, interesting approach and appreciate you being honest about the lows, felt very genuine, consider me subscribed!
Much appreciated! Thank you for taking the time to watch.
I'm tempted to suggest an alternative tweak for this. It could be risky however. But, I look at it and wonder if having the full backs pushed up to be wing backs on the half way line on attack might help with the overall balance?
Have two central defenders with 'stay wide' and have the defensive midfielder be a half back. Then keep the AF's as is and potentially try out TF as a DLF on support and have your two AM's be supporting roles (remove the mark specific player instructions) and ask the AF's to stay wider.
I just think with the wing backs already high and asking the team to have a higher defensive line, these wingbacks will draw opposition out but an extra headache is the wide AF's. Then the opposition have four wide players to deal with and then three central threats in the form of the TF/DLF and the x2 AM's.
But what a tactic Stinger, great to see strikers plundering goals and the construction of 'false wingers' too?! - look out Pep lol
Definitely worth a run that
In my first season at PSG, Emegha scored 32 goals in 34 games for Strasbourg. I had a £35m offer accepted but it fell through due to them not being able to find a replacement. I waited until the end of the season and they fleeced me for £64m.
Blimey. 4.7 was a proper snip then
I wonder how this would work if you mirrored the attack into the defense, so 2 central midfielders and 3 centerbacks, no fullbacks or wingbacks. You could make the 2 outside centerbacks "false wingbacks" however, to match the false wingers of the attacking front.
Slowly backs out of the room to rush to the laptop....
Wide Centre back attack story incoming ..
@@StingerNeilD nice I'm just trying it with Split. Best dinamo in the charity shield 4-0 and thought I'd stumbled across a game breaker but it hasn't quite panned out like that
Can you do a video on rebuilding Barcelona the way Johan Cruijff would have wanted it?
Hey Stinger. I really struggle with creating tactics so this would really help…
If you have done this already please tell me where I can find it. Is it possible where you do a video teaching us how to create a tactic completely from scratch.
For example you’ve just joined a new team no idea on their players or no idea what kind of style you want to play.
I would have to see and learn the process you follow from start to finish when joining a new team and creating a tactic
Check out the playlist for fm23. Some on there 👍 I'd also watch the Salguerios series, that's a day to day save with a club from the start
@@StingerNeilD could I ask one more question? When you’re replicating real life manager tactics like I’ve seen you do in the past?
How can you ensure that the real life manager tactic will suit the team you have chosen? For example say I have chosen….Ipswich? How can I ensure a real life tactical style will suit them?
Really entertaining as always, thank you. By any chance if you would mind sharing the player instructions for console users? 😅
AMC the ones shown in the video, FBS simply sit narrow and tackle hard, DM shoot less Hold position, DLF Hold position
Appreciate it mate, took your GO TO SLEEP tactic as basic template. No special instructions for the 2 Advance Forwards?
As someone who struggles for goals sometimes, this is a tactic I need 😅
Would it be possible to make a perfect Defensive link up with 3 center defenders and 2 defensive mids also? 🤔
I'm honestly not sure you know
@@StingerNeilD New Video coming up? 😜
I'm curious how this would work with 3 AMs instead of strikers, especially with the one in the middle as an enganche
Should do well
Try fb-s with cut inside and sit narrower
Josh Daly. Is that you
No
Alexander Mendy 😢
Baller. Sunderland would do well with him
@StingerNeilD were all hoping he comes 🤞🏻
Nice :D
i said it !!
Have you ever tried it in fm 23
Something similar but not as extreme
Try the 3-1-6
already did, suicide ball ten hag inspired tactic
Where do you find the average positions section in FM24?
Post match screen- analytical - teams - average position
Twinkle toes mc finger bang gets injured a lot
I understood and approve of that JC reference
@@StingerNeilD appreciate it, I only recently found your channel after Clayts and Omega Luke referenced it. I like the way you do content creation, keep it going.
hey got a question, whats the best team fluidity you can have??
I dunno, very fluid I guess
@@StingerNeilD also how do you find these cheap players in 8:00
Are you a Marseille fan?
