I am pretty sure that it uses similar, if not the exact instruments from some Yume Nikki songs. For example Working...Please wait... sounds very similar. Both use Roland instruments as far as I know, and Roland often reuses and rereleases the same instruments through various of their products, so I'm not that surprised at all if it is the case here.
