Not to mention he shot a ridiculous 40% from 3. Literally could do everything in that season
LeHeat James he shot 38% this year yall just got it stuck in your head he cant shoot anymore
alright but its called a throwback when you mention micheal jordan do you think of his horrible days as a wizard
jay pullum wrong, he shot 36% which is decent. But he's getting his shot back. It's looking smooth and in the playoffs, he shot like 41% which is a good sign because the past 2 playoffs in Cleveland, he couldn't shoot. So it's just signs of improvement
if i remember correctly they lost like 2 or 3 games in the second half of the season too. They wouldve had a way better playoff record too if Wade wasn't playing hurt
jay pullum 38 is good idiot from 3
remember he had a consecutive 6 games with 30pts and 60% FG, should've been 7 if not tried a 3pt vs okc.
Matthew Chris I swear it's like nobody remember this stat in any debate
the disrespect of those debates about lebron is real
Lebron with a jumpshot always spelt disaster and this season proves why
This LeBron might be the most complete player we might ever see...
Good Man It is. Dude was incredible. We take it for granted. Won't ever see another player like him.
Might? It is. He's a mix of magic,mj,Elgin Baylor
Just thinking this tbh. It rivals Jordan’s ‘91 season
Adam Hamill bro put the lebron in game 6 vs celtics against any of jordans versions I will put my whole fucking life on lebron I swear to god jordan or anyone else is not stopping him he gonna give you 50 on your head and not even blink
Amen. As others have said, this was arguably the best form of any basketball player - coupled with team success - in history. I'd say a top 3 season of all time, easily. The shooting, passing, efficiency, team success, blocks, defending - all before the NBA entered the ballooned 3-point era with higher PPG. Lebron has and never will be a stat-padder or stat chaser.
One of the greatest seasons in NBA history by any player
I wish LeBron cared more about scoring...his team in miami were good enough to play around him...that's role players jobs....they should of won more.but he was too unselfish yet needed the ball in his hands to set up plays like a guard rather than post up or attack ...he needs to care less about assists and more about scoring...be more mj then magic...3-5 aaaists are fine....nobody really cares...its not being selfish..just shoot more...gives your team chances to rebound more ..which is their job...gives defenses less time to react and predict what your doing...sometimes it helps to be a volume shooter.. Keeps player on their heels...dont know when your going to pull up so they stay closer to you so you don't shoot or back up expecting a jumper and you find someone or hit it..
Asmosis Jones I agree but to this day it paid off he’s top 4 and soon to be 3 next season in All Time Points and he’s top 10 in assist. All about the Legacy
Asmosis Jones I 100% disagree with your statement.
LeBron James is a playmaker. A primary ball-handler. It doesn’t make sense for someone to shoot 20+ shots a game if they’re one of the greatest floor-generals in the NBA. I think you’re judging this based off of this video alone. LeBron made his teammates better when he distributed more. I just do not agree with “Oh, he could’ve won more if he scored more.” If that’s the case then you could’ve said the same thing about Kobe if he “passed more.” Your logic is heavily flawed here. LeBron played his game and it won 2 championships in Miami. They lost to a team that was built off one of the greatest dynasties ever with one of the top breakout players in the NBA.
Do not blame that on LeBron being passive.
2016 curry is much better
Didn't he shot 41% from 3 that season?
Last season lebron was pretty much the same he wreaked havoc all season 26 8 and 8 after logging in over 40,000 minutes dude is a fucking robot
Being able to watch him from middle school to now is unbelievable. WITNESS!!
Facts bro i remember having a cavs lebron string bag in like 5th grade now I’m 21 and bron prob would’ve got his 4th ring
@@BRENDANGAMEZ gotta love those string bags! They had some cool ones. I'm a year younger than Bron. He was a grade ahead of me.
Lebron 2012/13 is really the goat season should've been unanimous MVP!!!
there's that one guy who voted for Melo lol
CodeBreaker whi was a joke man coz that 2k13 season LeBron was fearless and he embraces being the villain
CodeBreaker that guy really deserves to have his journalism career ended lol I'll forever hate him for that shit
Will Richardson Must didn't see Kobe 2012/2013 season, also known as his Achilles season
Tre Mota Morgan what does that have to do with anything??
The best individual season ever, 66 wins, 27 win streak, The chip, finals mvp, and was robbed of DPOY! Absolute peak Lebron where his bball IQ and Athleticism intersected in 2013. His play style was like a combination of every legend that played the game. Did everything on offense and defense at elite level. No flaws.
On top of all of that, he averaged 56% on field goals and 41% from 3 for the season, including a month scoring over 65% and a 6 game stretch where he scored 31ppg on 73% shooting. Sheesh!
Not even close to the best individual season ever
@@veracity5977 lol tripper
@@izzycarts Hakeem 94 is easily the greatest season of all-time
@@veracity5977 No
@@izzycarts how? He had one of the best regular seasons of all-time and his 94 is easily the greatest playoff run of all-time.
Heat Lebron was incredible, efficient, smooth jump shot 🔥🔥🔥 solid post moves, clutch af
I agree with everything except clutch, lets not forget ray allen saving him in the finals..but this is defenitely his best yr
NoLimit Beats game 7 game winner over kawhi no hesitation
NoLimit Beats, he is clutch.
He only gets better
@@JasonDrivakos Ray Allen hit one 3??? James led the scoring in the 4th
Best player I ever seen. This dude was dominating.
jmaal2345 you don’t watch b ball then
Goldiemonster Jr nope he just has his own opinion 🤷🏾♂️
theres nothing wrong with saying lebron is the best player that theyve seen? not many people in the history of the sport have a legit argument of being better than lebron
@@goldiemonsterjr4702 and russ better than him? U blind. He don't even deserve the mvp 2016-2017 season. Harden got robbed
@@goldiemonsterjr4702 not everyone is an old fuck jerking off MJ..
That is the best person I've ever seen play basketball
Elijah Stout you don’t watch basketball then
Goldiemonster Jr you a hating ass nigga. You think pg13 is better than bron so your opinions irrelevant
@@goldiemonsterjr4702 and your watching this highlight?
It’s so close man, 2013 Lebron and 1991 MJ are the closet things to perfect I’ve ever seen. Giving Mike the slight edge though. Could also say ‘93 as well.
Best season ever for a LeBron fan. 27 game winning streak, mvp, finals mvp in the best finals I've ever seen.
This was the greatest basketball player to live.
Miss this sooo much
King Wani I do too. Especially the old Cavs Bron!
And he's still putting up the same numbers from 5 years ago..wow. top 3 of all time
Better numbers actually lol
The greatest athlete of all-time.
And 5 years later, he's literally putting up the same numbers and is almost an even better shooter and more cerebral player. Undeniably the GOAT for me
He's actually better this season. It's surreal man.
The Night Owls he’s 34 he’s not even that old. He’s not the goat
Cubed Dice you're dumb as fuck
Ehhhh there s nothing better than this LeBron bruh
I put him at number 2... And it's in large due to your first statement.. Biggest flaw for Lebron is that we've seen him choke in big moments on several occasions.. His consistent dominance is unbelievable though and I see him getting at least one more ring.
There was a moment where my dad told me without MJ the nba will never be the same then Kobe came and carried that exciting legacy then I got sad he retired. But thank god for lebron his legacy elevated the nba. Point is for you haters out there appreciate what this man has done for the nba appreciate greatness cause it only comes once in a blue moon.
💯%
Lebron we will ALWAYS honor what you CB and Dwade did in 4 years. Wade in 2006 took us to the promise land but you guys went back to back and 4 straight trips to the finals.
Friggin monster
Bro the Miami LeBron was the best LeBron hands down
That Vision he was at his absolute peak in 2013
Was. This year Lebron is playing even better. If they don't give this nigga a 99 rating after this season I swear to lord the Jordan protectionism is irrefutable.
Izzy Izzerton lmaoooo Big facts bro
nah lebron today cant absolutely break players down on the defensive side like 2013 lebron could. offensively and bbiq-wise lebron is still as sharp as ever. just doesnt have the gas in the tank to sustain lockdown defense for 82 games and playoffs like he could when he was younger
@@a7xguitar666 facts
And you gonna tell me this guy isn't *at least* top 5 all-time????
top 3
Allen Iverson top 2
1lecher top 2 and he not 2
1lecher
1 jordan
2 Kareem
3 Wilt
4 lebron
5 shaq or magic
1lecher bo
I understand ppl love 2012-2013 bron so much and say he was the best Bron but that’s not true. He’s very much still in his prime and way smarter as a player, overall I’m jus happy I got to watch this man play won’t be another like him..
lets hope his son is the second coming
zbib43 no shot though
2012-2013 bron was the best because not only was he the best offensive player in the game but also top 3-5 defensive player in the game as well. current lebron is still an animal on offense but he cant sustain defense for an entire season like he used to be able to
@@a7xguitar666 he could guard 1-5 hit clutch jumpers and get 27 8 and 7 without even trying...like in 32 minutes....if he played 40+ minutes he would get 32 10 and 9 it felt like easy without the turnovers bad defense or misses russ harden and luka have which hide their bad games usually because they put up stats
it was his unreal motor he had at this point colliding with the mental aspect. this was when bron had the game in the palm of his hands.
Best PLAYER of all time no question...
Darius Nicholas 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
This dude you soooooo stupid do you even watch basketball??? Russ almost averaging a triple double last year did do you know what that means??? Not even know what that means??? Not even the best small forward Giannis, PG13, and KD all better and Lebron can’t carry a team with Isaiah,Dwayne,D rose,Kevin Love like you just stupid
Goldiemonster Jr what about in 2007 when he carried that shitty ass Cavs team to the finals.
Connor Merrill That "shitty" Cavs team was top 5 on defense. They also benefited from weak playoff competition. 41-41 Nets. 41-41 Wizard's. an old Pistons team without Ben Wallace.
Zo Empire then how come when LeBron left Cleveland and later Miami, they both went to shit??
Hated him at this time because I was a bulls fan.Now I love him and I wish I could have appreciated this heat team for those 4 years🤧
This was Lebrons greatest season of his career, it'll be a long time until someone comes close to his dominance that season
mj wilt shaq like....these 4 had the best 4 seasons ever
I honestly can’t tell which Lebron is the best between these: 2012-2013 Lebron, 2018 playoff Lebron, 2020 Lebron, 2016 playoff Lebron
I’d go with 2017 playoff LeBron personally. Best mix of IQ, athleticism and 3pt shooting.
Should have won DPOY too. MVP, Ring, Finals MVP plus DPOY all in one year
and if he wanted all star mvp he could of went for that too
LeBron's best year, IMO. The height of his athletic and mental game coming together. Great video, uploader.
That thunder game that start at 3min he dominated that game with shot and driving unstoppable
I have always said this was his best season. LBJ in the peak of his absurdly long prime. He was physically unstoppable, his basketball IQ was at a level that when combined with his athleticism, it was special to watch. On top of all of that he had no pressure this season as the heat won a title in summer of 2012.
Robert Gollnick and he could play great defense during this Time
@@deanskingdom8654 Should of won DPOY
heat had probably the scariest fast breaks in the history of nba
This version of Lebron James was the best offensive and defensive player in the league. The only other player that can say that they were the best offensive and defensive player in the league at the same time is Michael Jordan.
2012 and 2018 is lebron best season by far
He was so dominant. Amazing display of greatness.
i miss this LBJ, so much more savage than he is now
Matt The Knicks Fan this lbj was the goat
King Wani i dont know if its the missing headband, nike making him ugly shoes, or what be the lbj now doesnt look the same as this savage. the lbj in this video looks taller and slimmer
Matt The Knicks Fan lebron had a much better year this year than 2013-2013
TheDAWinz ik but im saying my level of enjoyment watching him isnt the same tho hes my 2nd favorite player all time
Matt The Knicks Fan he wasn't savage in the 16 finals? Lmfao
Lebron is way ahead of everyone on the court. His awareness makes him great.
I miss LeBron in Miami I hope he goes back
The moment when a players athleticism and basketball mind reach their peak at the same time. For MJ it was 1992. For Kobe, 2008. Magic in 1987. It's knowing where you need to be on any play to make a play and then being physically able to beat everyone there every time.
This and Kobe’s 05’-06’ season are the craziest seasons I’ve ever seen from one player
LeBron's season was much more efficient
i think lebrons season was better as well, but kobes team in 05-06 was dogshit compared to lebrons heat team
The greatest ever.
Nostalgia asf
It was his utter efficiency this season that that sets it apart for me stats wise in Lebron’s career.
Whenever somebody tries to tell me LBJ isn't amoung the top 3 greatest ever, I point them to this season. Zero weaknesses, plus we forget how freakishly athletic he was 7 years ago. I mean, how do you shoot 574 from the field playing this aggressively from outside? The numbers make it seem like he was just getting layups off D.Wade and Bosh taking pressure, but he was shooting a lot of iso pullups over the defense in this vid. He was basically just in the zone all season.
Lebron 2013-2014 was a monster! Tho he lost to the spurs still was a monster!
The games were so hype with this Miami #facts
THE BEAST, THE BEST
Swear to this day he was pushing 275 280 this season..... Absolute BEAST
I swear he was pushin 270 275 in his heat days fuckin beast
Lebron 🐐🐐🐐🐐
I hope we can get MVP Rose and Monster LeBron James next season! Stephen Curry is gonna cry so much! 😀😃😄😁😆😅😂🤣☺️😊😇🙂🙃😉
now that I'm older looking back lebron did some crazy ass shit
In my opinion this might just be the best individual season of all time. Insane defense, insane shooting, insane efficiency, 27 game win streak
GOAT 👑🦁
wouldve been great to see this heat team vs now warriors or last years warriors omg.. heats halfcourt would slow down warrior's scoring. the heat could run for days!
His 15th season is going great and all, but this season was definitely his best. I miss this team man.
This is lebron at his absolute prime people, i'm just reminding you 😂
This is peak LeBron
Lebron operated as the teams stretch forward and point forward. He had a lot of open looks because of slashing lanes. He was geat because of the offense. Lebron needs to go back to the PF position this season in order to look like this again.
0:15 r.i.p jason terry, the legend around boston is that he's still laying on his back
This might be his best season in the NBA
This LeBron James is the GOAT
This was Lebrons Apex, and 7 years later he’s still the man on top. Amazing
The best Lebron of his career this season, literally could get everything he want all over the floor.
what a wonderful player in the world
That Miami was a fun team to watch.
I love lebron James when he became as villain. He's thanos in nba during no. 6 jersey he's sick in Miami heat..
the good ole days
miami was lit
i miss basketball
It will be back July 30
3:35 damn all his shots sounded so clean damn
He was sooooo darn fast in miami
I started noticing Bron back issues his last year there...it's been showing ever since and still dominating
dwyane double dribble 11:46
This Man Straight Spazzed In This Season Yeeshhhh😳😳😳
0:05
This man may be a beast, but you atleast have to admit that beast just blatantly traveled.
lebron simply embraced the hate from everyone that year and he turned into a beast
I am sad i was only 6/7 years old in this lebron era
This lebron was a different type of scary this when playoff mode didnt have a off switch he was much younger then he still got it tho just not like he did at 27
villain james hit different
He has slowed down so much tho. But he was a beast back then. I really forgot how good this guy was!!
slowed down???? hahahaahahahahahaha....he just averaged 28 8 and 8 and shot over 50 percent. you so fucking stupid ahahhalmaooooo
His greatest season ever
Early 2010’s was the best era of basketball.
Like how is he not one of the greatest Pure scorers of all time how?!!!, Like come on now
2013 MVP+FMVP
I had like sixteen oh my god i remenber watching all those games he alwais win against kobe i remenber like now
Skill wise he's better now but back then he could play better defense and more athletic
You know, I used to say LeBron actually reached his talent/overall peak around 2009 or 2010. But then watching this it makes me want to rethink that. Especially a LeBron in 2012-13.
Greatsest mvp season of all time
You gotta do D-Wade 2012-2013 season highlights he was tearing it up that season just like Bron
Greatest LeBron season ever. 3rd greatest by anyone all time
6:40 Damn
Heat Lebron Best Lebron ever
This is why Lebron is my favorite player 6:16
Jordan old heads loves this lebron
Lebron was embarrassing the thunder lmao
I feel like Lebron played with the most ferocity this season.
SkyDesigns can you do highlights from the 13-14 season
this lebron is the best, he embraced the role of being a villain, especially if they wear the black uniform the intimidation was there
James 2007-2008 is the real deal. Man I remember hin during that time that he literally dunks on everything that moves
He wasn't as efficient or as dominant back then. Learnt to control tempo and lead a team better when he got to Miami
