Adrian Lyn is fantastic director. I think Fatal Attraction, Lolita and Jacob’s Ladder are his three best films. Unfaithful was good too but he seemed to disappear after that. I think he should do another horror film. He did an amazing job with Jacob’s Ladder.
Draven Indecent Proposal is an excellent movie too and seemed to really touch a nerve about what we would do for money even at a cost of our values and vows.
Thankfully, he's finally coming back with his next film called 'Deep Water.' It will be released later this year.... hopefully. And I agree with him directing another horror film or a psychological thriller. He's one of the all time greatest directors!
Well Adrian..... You answered a question I had about how the party scene was filmed...... About how you made that Lovecraftian abomination behind Jessie (poor Elizabeth)..... Let me correct you here: The flapping thing was not a wing, it was a "head" and the horn was a tooth...correct me if I'm wrong tho 😅 It was the head of the monster though I saw it by pausing randomly to examine it, it had teeth and eyes all over it

What a beautiful film.
Horrifying and moving: you don't get that combo often.

MateoPapiChulo Thanks for the info!
I’ll be looking for it.
An absolutely extraordinary film.
This movie is so deep man!
He mentions a film called “Incident at Owl Creek”, but its actually called “Occurrence at Owl Creek Bridge”
My personal favourite ever movie.

Sly clue at 0:27:53 ... "what WAS your name?"
The background music is so beautiful, is that the film's soundtrack? I would love a reply. Thank you.
You're right, it's the film's soundtrack. :)
I think he nodded off for a bit near the end haha.
Estaria bueno que adrian lyne y paul verhoeven dirigan una película neo-noir
