It's normally 18g, then one time it was 19g (tripped me out!) and this is the first time being 18.5g that i can recall, for a split second i thought he was just deciding it was 'close enough' but then i thought no, this is Connor and he always gets the grams right!
And you can be a silly goose if you want to be hehe :P

Workflow is very important- when do steam milk when to do shots etc… you put it up over time though and then it’s second nature
