Thanks didn't know it was that easy. I'm having battery issues. I've only had these for 2 months. I'm very good at taking care of my gadgets. Whew
The reset wont work if your device is really defective.
Same issue with battery. Right headphone stopped charging after a year of not that frequent usage.
@@adamnowak8876 i sent mine to the service center. In the end, they could not fix it so they just replaced it.
Same here, have the issues after just for 14 days from buying it. Unfortunately lost the guarantee card as well 😌
@@Pouwel_mrad sorry to hear that :( this model of JBL Tune TWS isn’t good. Tune 225 should be the model everyone should buy if they ever plan to invest on these.

My charging case is not charging, when i plug in to power, it just blinks the light which indicates low battery, but not charging
Bruh my left earbud is quieter than the other i cleaned it i reset it and nothing idk what to do help me
I had that too, it helped when I preesed the Left one in the Case till it Showed the Light or even first press the Left one in the Case and then the Right one
Fax , my left earbud is quieter too and I haven’t even had them for like a month

I already did the factory reset but still my problem wasn't fix. Anyone having issues why it's disconnecting?? After I paired it successfully, it takes 10 to 15 seconds to automatically disconnect. I dmt know why..

Very bad model. Only one side has the mic and the charging is not working since day one. It only remains 10 min
My left ear won't turn on at all. Led light comes one on while in charging case but when I take it out it won't turn on and has no led light at all

I'm having trouble where my charging case does not turn off when the earbuds are plugged in and fully charged. So the lights on the earbuds are off, but the case stays on, and the battery drains quite quickly. Any idea of what is causing this?
I have the same problem the batteries really finish quickly, maybe 15 to 20 minutes only

I’m very disappointed to purchase JBL ghost is not a good choice.its made to annoy people with lots of issues😢. Definitely I should have bought a different brand.

1º) Se despegan las gomitas y se comienza a escuchar muy mal debido a que no calza bien en el oido.
2º) Al tiempo de haberlos conectado me dice una advertencia que no se pueden emparejar, que debo olvidarlos y volver a conectarlos.
3º) Y lo peor es que comienza a fallar la conexión de los auriculares emparejados, se escucha uno o se escucha otro.
Una verdadera porquería par alo caros que son, por lo menos aqui en Argentina!
