Thanks so much Jennifer! oh ya have to look after where we play and make sure it looks as amazing for the next person. Thanks for checking out the video and reaching out all the best Cheers!
You need to go there you will enjoy it so much! no camera can come close to how nice it is. Thanks for checking the video out and for reaching out all the best Cheers!
That looks like paradise! So beautiful and the lack of people makes it so peaceful. I'd love to do that. The water looks very shallow near the islands. Aren't you scared of hitting the rocks?
Hey Diogo! you are right on there it is like paradise up there and was so strange but nice with no people or boats around. No it is not that shallow at all the water is so clear up there that it kind of tricks you to think it is but you might have like 10 feet under you but looks like 2 cause it is so clear. But yes I have been riding up there for years so you do need to be careful as I have come close to reading the depth wrong and have come close to hitting the odd one that sneaks up on you and that would suck! thanks for checking out the video and for reaching out all the best Cheers!
i like your videos any recommendations where should i lunch seedoo and start that adventure planning for summer trip or any places would u recommend? thanknu
Thank you so much Mark! If you watched this video then go to Lions Head and go north up to Tobermory great ride. Out on the East side of Georgian bay starting out in like Midland and exploring from there. The Trent Severn Water Way is a great way to see a lot of different places and you can break it up in to little trips. Going up north to like North Bay and exploring around there is great but really plan that out as you don't have cell coverage up there so need to be careful. Hope that gives you some ideas. Cheers!
It was around 10 kph and got up to around 15 kph out of the South west, so it is coming over the escarpment and with that wind it gives you the best water I have found. Truly the best time is end of June start of July as the winds seam to always be light up there then. By the end of July and Aug it is almost always from the North west and going with some pace so you really need to pick your days then. Hope that helps it is an amazing ride you will really like it! Thanks for checking out the video and reaching out Cheers!
Hey! My boyfriend and i are planning a trip here this summer. I had read about some restricted areas for the park that you need to register your PWC for or something. Did you need to do anything like that to get to these areas or do you know any info about what these certain "restricted areas" are? Or is it otherwise open. Any info is appreciated, Thanks!
Hello Lauren! You will have a great time. You can ride anywhere up but you need to watch out around some of the ship wrecks as the tour boats will come there like every 15 min and they get real pissy if you are there blocking the wreck but you can for sure still go there just keep out of their way and you should be all good. Also if you wanted to spend the night in the park camping you have to book spots. Near the grotto and Indian head where everyone goes and is the big tourist sport they do not want you driving in there and close to the shore as there is just so many people. If you want to swim in there are some Mooring balls just off the shore you can tie up to. Also WATCH THE WIND!! it is best to go when the wind is light to not there or from like the South west or west as the wave can get real bad in there from the North or east. Then it is just not safe or fun. Hope that helps and have a great time up there!
Anytime also don't wait to long by Aug the wids will set up mostly from the North west and make it no good to ride there. The best time is these next few weeks. If you look at how the wind is set up right now for this Saturday is like the best wind you can ask for. from the south west and not fast.
Another great video! I am extremely jealous at the moment 😉. The waters up there are fabulous to say the least. What was the water temperature while you were there?
Craig thank you so much! Oh ya they are just unreal for sure love to ride up there! Not bad bit of a wake you up factor as you get in but once in OK for up there for sure.
Breathtaking!
Respect to picking up the garbage on the water!!!
