I am a veterinarian for animals and never in my life have I seen such a power video about the cruelty of human nature to the harsh habitats animals live in..I started to tear up on my first video..

The black cat story hit me extremely hard. I had a cat called Pipsqueak when I was 3. One day he got out and he never came back, weeks later I heard news of him being hit by a bus. How much I miss him. Fly high my pipsqueak.
I had a black cat named marigold. She was the sweetest thing. One day she went outside, we found her with a practice arrow in her side the next morning.
I feel the same way and I had a black cat and her name was chips some day should only came back for food a couple days she never came back that when I was worried 😢
That story really got to me, too, especially when thier human came down and laid with the kitty that was still alive and said “now the sun spot feels twice as warm” and the spirit of the other kitty was on its back with its head on the human’s leg. That really got to me after the whole story. 😭😭😭😭💔💔💔💔
I haven't cried this hard in a while. I don't know how you can make these. Thank you for putting this much emotion into your works, even sadness is still necessary sometimes, and death is not as harsh and cruel as it may seem. Thank you
I don't think there is a single person this video won't make cry. This was torture to watch, because it reminded me of so much, brought back memories of the loss of pets, the pain of losing a dog, and getting a new one far too soon against ones will, and the feeling resenting an innocent animal for not being the old dog, and the guilt of it. Even just reading the comments has kept me crying long after the video finally ended.
These ALWAYS break my heart and leave me crying, but I'm so glad they show that Death isn't evil. Sometimes, it's a mercy to those that are abused and abandoned. I love the kindness shown in these, even as my heart breaks that this happens for real all over the world, (the abuse). I'm also so, SO glad that these show the balance between Life and Death. It's not a competition, it's not the ending to a story...it's a beautiful, if sometimes tragic, cycle. And that's part of the beauty of it. That there is a memory to us, even in Death. These are so, SO beautiful. So heartbreaking, but so true in so many ways.

i normally dont cry from youtube but i cried for the entirety of this video, it just feels so emotional and its just so sad seeing the poor souls who passed, and how scary it is to lose your life
I started crying from first story to about a minute thirty in and paused saying to myself “I don’t think I’m going to make it through this”. There were so many sad, disheartening and sickening stories but there are ones that really warm your heart like, “YOU’RE NOT ATLAS” starting at 22:18 and then the the story of the story of the old lady who lost her kitty friend in an earlier story, she adopted the mum of said kitty friend. Kitty friend became the “guardian kitty” and helped the kitty in the snow starting at 37:32 by asking its mum for a favour which was to alert the old lady of the kitty outside. “Guardian Kitty”, I think, was helping not only the kitty but the old lady, too, as a return favour for the old lady having rescued “Guardian Kitty’s” mum.
I'm not crying, I'm not crying...😢😭 Watching these short comics, you understand that such stories with animals are still happening. A person irresponsibly takes in an animal. A cute toy, not realizing that it is also alive, it needs attention, a lot of effort and time. Having a pet is a very big responsibility. We are responsible for those we have tamed.

Yes, I really didn’t appreciate those two who were “pretending” to rescue that dog just to get fake recordings of rescues just to get false praises and worship in the comments.
Me too but for me, it’s the gorilla and the dog especially whenever he’s outside of the house. I’ll be in there any minute. 😢 and whenever he yells at the puppy, specifically the new puppy.

I am an animal lover, and I have had pets all my life only 26 almost 27. I have seen a lot of death. My father-in-law was killed by people who post to help but the hospital killed him. So I love these photos. I believe there is more to life than what we live.
I've been reading a webcomic on Webtoon called "Loving Reaper" by Jenny Jinya and her drawings are awesome! But some of her comics aren't to read for the faint of heart, some make me really sad, happy, and sometimes they make me cry. She brings awareness to dogs, cats and many other animals for many different reasons. Sometimes, it because they're dying out, and other times, it's because some people don't take care of their pets enough. *Sorry for any grammar mistakes, spelling mistakes, or something I may have gotten wrong about her comics. I just wanted to tell about herr comics to raise more awareness about this kind of stuff.
Thank you for creating this touching video. I'm so glad you mention the pain of saying good-bye to our animal family; I have such bittersweet memories of holding them until they passed, and then giving them one more head rub, just to be sure they knew I loved them. Thank you for sharing this with us.
These comics honestly… Help. I had lost my dog, Jenna, back on November 30th of 2020. She ended up falling ill to what we assumed was an accident with rat poison. We have no idea if she got a hold of a mouse that had it in its system or if she found some that we had overlooked... We were good about keeping it all out of reach. At first, we had no idea as it presented itself like a form of doggy pink-eye; which with eye drops cleared it in two days. But, despite it clearing up, she went one day happy as a camper to the next day lethargic, exhausted, and refused to eat or drink for nearly a week. The day I took her to the Emergency Vet, what sealed the need to go (Sadly couldn't afford a vet visit at the time) I had given her water just after letting her outside to see if she would drink. Well, she did and within seconds the entire bowl of water plus the acid in her stomach came right up, she'd dry heave for hours while we waited for the only working vehicle to come home and drove her an 1 hour 45 minutes away to the Emergency Vet. Trying to get her in as soon as possible, they told us to wait, and they had like 6 people in front of us, nobody was rushing around. We got priority after they told us that if she got worse to immediately call them back, and we did after she started throwing up again. We were all forced to wait outside instead of me going in with her... Due to how tight money was, they said that they can keep her overnight to attempt to treat her, but they couldn't guarantee full survival. Due to saving money, and wishing to put her out of her agony… I told them to go ahead and put her down. If she wasn't guaranteed to improve after 24 hours, I wasn't going to make her suffer any longer. I wish I knew the signs, I wish I did more, and god fucking damn it does the grief hurt. Bout 5 months after her passing, I got a cat, and he's been nothing but sweet. I'm grateful to have him and he's been my best friend. Her death still hurts. But, I'm glad that Reaper has her in his realm, keeping her safe and happy while I wait for my time.
I'm happy to see this depiction of Death as a kind and caring entity in the world. Honestly this is how people should see many hardships especially with lost loved ones and pets. Ik for a fact my pet cat Coffee will be missed greatly and my family and I are doing what we can to give her the best life she deserves. I just hope when she passes away it's as peaceful and calm as it can get. Coffee found me about a year and 9 months ago on my front porch and she's in her 20s. Her body was just shutting down when I saw her on my front porch one day after school. I pretty much saved her life and now I dread the day she'll leave this world. She chose my family as her new owners and now she's living happily. Hope we get more time with her. I'm thankful every single day I wake up and get home from being out of the house to see her up and waiting for anyone to return.
The last part made me cry. I had a dog named Ebah a full blooded pit he was a few months old, he died almost 3 weeks ago, he would of been a year on September 18th or in 8 days but he died of what we think rabies . he was a really lovable dog always wanting attention he would even lay on our chest like he was a lap dog but he was way to big. One day he got loose and he had a scratch on his nose and forehead. He started to shy away he used to love food but he wouldn't even eat he didn't want attention and he snaped at his mom. He would play with his mom and younger sister alot but then he stoped. He was in his cage when I found out he was having Seizures it was a horrible site. He would foam from the mouth then after words he would have this sodden burst of energy. I wish I would of spent more time with him wile I still had the chance. I usually would stay in my room all day but he still loved me. He died in his cage and I miss him so so much.
Makes me remember losing both of my cats I had, they were hit on purpose and I miss them a lot. That last part hit so hard… I miss my fur babies. Sassy and socks are together forever.
That's really sad... But hay maybe Ebah will find your cats and become friends!! I know when I die no matter the force I will find the animals... No family I have lost and hug them for a very long time!!!!
Sorry this is long; it's a complicated story, but one with lots of pain, lots of joy, lots of love, and lots of heartbreak. ... We had a flock of feral chickens in our yard growing up; they were from a neighbor who moved out, he couldn't catch them all and some stayed and had lots of babies. Other breeds of chickens came from other neighbors, who also had released some chickens; one skinny hen mated with an Old English Game and had a very sweet girl I named Bianca; she had several beautiful babies, but her last batch had 5 of the sweetest roosters in the entire world! Two in particular, were Gorgeous and Brad. Brad was a very sweet and protective brother; he was affectionate even to other species besides chickens! (He would often sit on a chair on the front porch, right alongside a very sweet and affectionate black kitten, Thomas (also "feral" but tame with us). Thomas would bathe Brad sometimes; he didn't seem to mind, he was such a sweet little boy.) ... This is where things start to get sad, but then devastating. ... One day, the original neighbors who owned the chickens came back to get some; I had to surrender lots of them, because they were legally theirs. It came down to choosing which one I wanted to keep: Brad or Gorgeous. I loved both boys with all of my heart; it nearly broke me to have to choose to let one go away (the neighbors didn't even hold chickens the right way usually). I bid a very heartbroken farewell to Gorgeous; I damn near cried, he was as much my baby as Brad was. And Brad loved Gorgeous very much too. ... After this, Brad actually bonded with a much younger rooster, Feddyboi, who was a few weeks younger, from another hen, probably another rooster too; Feddyboi was a spitfire with an attitude problem! (But I still loved him with all of my heart.) Feddyboi would literally "dominate mate" my arm, and do other disrespectful things; Brad would simply peck him to keep him in line! As the two grew up, with only a few hens in the yard between them, they acted more kind towards each other than most actual full blooded brother roosters do! (Undoubtedly, due to Brad's kindness.) ... The day that killed me: It was Valentine's Day, I was attending a day treatment program at the time. Something in my gut told me not to go that day, to cancel my ride and stay home; I chucked it up to being single and lonely, and went anyway. When I came back home, just as I left the transport van, from the neighbor's yard I heard the most unmistakable, horrendous "HEEELLP!!!; it was definitely a chicken's voice, screaming for help clear as day. I felt my own blood turn to sharp ice crystals, my heart sank. And when I dropped my stuff I was holding and ran over to the fence, I felt my life drain away when I saw Brad against the fence, facing our yard; his front end was unharmed, but when I got back there I saw where they had punctured his right abdomen, it was bleeding, he had organ damage. I had made a promise I would not curse, because it was impolite and I was religious at the time; what I was screaming at those three stray punk-a** dogs undoubtedly broke 12 of the 10 Commandments, and made all of divinity, all of sacrelige, all of damnation, and even the void of Athiesm itself blush!! ... Brad was just my baby. What I chose at the end of his life, the next night I chose to let him free again, instead of him dying in a cardboard box in the living room. We already had a rooster who died in our house in a cage, it was very undignified; Brad was the leader of the flock, the most pleasant surprise in my life, just 2 days before the attack. Just him, the leader; Feddyboi, second in command; the previous leader Mikey (Feddyboi's uncle, his mom's much older brother), standing by willingly, almost proud for them (he was very sweet too); and Brad's mom (Bianca) and Feddyboi's mom (Peepsie), walking next to the two young roosters, very happy looking. ... Although I believe that considering the circumstances (we were extremely poor and had been annexed into city limits on the outskirts of town, and we didn't own any of the chickens), we truly did our best. I do not regret that decision; I knew it would be very cold again that night after a warm snap. I knew that if anything could stop bleeding, the cold could; Brad did not belong in a house with termite damage, living in filth with a hoarder, sitting in a pool of his own blood in a box. But I still miss him so dearly, and I wish I had more time with him. He was like a son to me; I was more or less of a god parent, and I raised him almost as much as Bianca did (at times; but nobody can replace an actual mother.) Bianca was a very sweet, loving mother, who was very brave (fought a hawk mid-air once!) She was his mommy, but I was his daddy. I helped him into the tree when he couldn't fly there himself. But then, I still did after he was grown; he never stopped being my little boy, even when he was a full-grown rooster, nearly a year old. ... I miss you son. I love you Brad. Daddy misses you.
Wow, to be honest from the first minute I was crying my eyes out, and while all the deaths were super sad but once that hit me the most was actually those who had loving owners who grieved after them, but it's okay I needed it, I recently lost two of my cats and didn't have a chance to properly grieve after them, this video helped me process those emotions, so thank you, not to mention art music and voice acting all were amazing, I think that I actually have my new favorite Grimm Reper, and pairing him with Life, and them having a wholesome friendship was absolutely brilliant opposites and yet two halfs of the same coin. Please be kind to my Lucky and Lana Mr. Reaper, and all the other animals big and small.
I loved this video, it’s fantastic! It really makes me feel better about death occurring, and although I don’t believe in those two, Life and Death being an actual being, I do find this very comforting to have existing. I feel bad for the many beings who suffer cruelty, but I know it’s apart of life. By the way, I LOVED the voices used in this video, very emotional, clear and strong. Thank you for this video! That is really unfortunate that happened. It’s really unfortunate you couldn’t say “goodbye” or “I’m so sorry!” Not to sound morbid, heartless or disrespectful, but I hope it was a quick death. I hope he didn’t suffer before his final moments, and that death was able to comfort kitty’s soul with due haste. May Kitty rest in eternal peace and happiness within the loving embrace of Death’s arms, and within your heart.

I lost my pet Rabbit a few weeks ago and watching this made my heart break but made me understand that sometimes...being dead means you have an eternity to do whatever your heart pleases.
I could not stop crying for every single animal. I mean… I can’t really blame myself; high levels of emotion are the cost of one with a big heart and a great amount of empathy.
This is making me cry. It reminds me of my 3 dogs that died, and my 2 cats that died. Sadie, luna, and c.b (c.b stands for cry baby) they had disappeared without a trace. Its been 4 years since they disappeared. C.b was pregnant when she disappeared. Then, my two cats, Scarlett and ozzie, died too. Scarlett was a black cat. I loved her so much. Ozzie died from grooming hinself too much, that's why he lost More and more fur...

My dog bandit. He was a great pyrenees and he was mostly white with brown ish black markings. He was only 4 when he got cancer. It developed a tumor in his nose. He laid down on the blanket at the vets office and I sat with him on the ground. We buried him in our backyard by our apple and peach trees with his collar.
I had a cat that was named lona as in the moon he was a good boy he when I cried he came to check up on me but he can never be replaced I miss him so much 😢😢😢😭😭😭

The day I took her to the Emergency Vet, what sealed the need to go (Sadly couldn't afford a vet visit at the time) I had given her water just after letting her outside to see if she would drink. Well, she did and within seconds the entire bowl of water plus the acid in her stomach came right up, she'd dry heave for hours while we waited for the only working vehicle to come home and drove her an 1 hour 45 minutes away to the Emergency Vet. Trying to get her in as soon as possible, they told us to wait, and they had like 6 people in front of us, nobody was rushing around. We got priority after they told us that if she got worse to immediately call them back, and we did after she started throwing up again. We were all forced to wait outside instead of me going in with her... Due to how tight money was, they said that they can keep her overnight to attempt to treat her, but they couldn't guarantee full survival. Due to saving money, and wishing to put her out of her agony… I told them to go ahead and put her down. If she wasn't guaranteed to improve after 24 hours, I wasn't going to make her suffer any longer. I wish I knew the signs, I wish I did more, and god fucking damn it does the grief hurt. Bout 5 months after her passing, I got a cat, and he's been nothing but sweet. I'm grateful to have him and he's been my best friend. Her death still hurts. But, I'm glad that Reaper has her in his realm, keeping her safe and happy while I wait for my time.
This video has touched my heart and I started cried because everything is true how we truly love our pets and our love ones that we miss so much.

I'm happy to see this depiction of Death as a kind and caring entity in the world. Honestly this is how people should see many hardships especially with lost loved ones and pets. Ik for a fact my pet cat Coffee will be missed greatly and my family and I are doing what we can to give her the best life she deserves. I just hope when she passes away it's as peaceful and calm as it can get. Coffee found me about a year and 9 months ago on my front porch and she's in her 20s. Her body was just shutting down when I saw her on my front porch one day after school. I pretty much saved her life and now I dread the day she'll leave this world. She chose my family as her new owners and now she's living happily. Hope we get more time with her. I'm thankful every single day I wake up and get home from being out of the house to see her up and waiting for anyone to return.

The last part made me cry. I had a dog named Ebah a full blooded pit he was a few months old, he died almost 3 weeks ago, he would of been a year on September 18th or in 8 days but he died of what we think rabies . he was a really lovable dog always wanting attention he would even lay on our chest like he was a lap dog but he was way to big. One day he got loose and he had a scratch on his nose and forehead. He started to shy away he used to love food but he wouldn't even eat he didn't want attention and he snaped at his mom. He would play with his mom and younger sister alot but then he stoped. He was in his cage when I found out he was having Seizures it was a horrible site. He would foam from the mouth then after words he would have this sodden burst of energy. I wish I would of spent more time with him wile I still had the chance. I usually would stay in my room all day but he still loved me. He died in his cage and I miss him so so much.
Makes me remember losing both of my cats I had, they were hit on purpose and I miss them a lot. That last part hit so hard… I miss my fur babies. Sassy and socks are together forever.
That's really sad... But hay maybe Ebah will find your cats and become friends!! I know when I die no matter the force I will find the animals... No family I have lost and hug them for a very long time!!!!

Sorry this is long; it's a complicated story, but one with lots of pain, lots of joy, lots of love, and lots of heartbreak.

We had a flock of feral chickens in our yard growing up; they were from a neighbor who moved out, he couldn't catch them all and some stayed and had lots of babies.
Other breeds of chickens came from other neighbors, who also had released some chickens; one skinny hen mated with an Old English Game and had a very sweet girl I named Bianca; she had several beautiful babies, but her last batch had 5 of the sweetest roosters in the entire world!
Two in particular, were Gorgeous and Brad.
Brad was a very sweet and protective brother; he was affectionate even to other species besides chickens! (He would often sit on a chair on the front porch, right alongside a very sweet and affectionate black kitten, Thomas (also "feral" but tame with us). Thomas would bathe Brad sometimes; he didn't seem to mind, he was such a sweet little boy.)

This is where things start to get sad, but then devastating.

One day, the original neighbors who owned the chickens came back to get some; I had to surrender lots of them, because they were legally theirs.
It came down to choosing which one I wanted to keep: Brad or Gorgeous.
I loved both boys with all of my heart; it nearly broke me to have to choose to let one go away (the neighbors didn't even hold chickens the right way usually).
I bid a very heartbroken farewell to Gorgeous; I damn near cried, he was as much my baby as Brad was. And Brad loved Gorgeous very much too.

After this, Brad actually bonded with a much younger rooster, Feddyboi, who was a few weeks younger, from another hen, probably another rooster too; Feddyboi was a spitfire with an attitude problem! (But I still loved him with all of my heart.)
Feddyboi would literally "dominate mate" my arm, and do other disrespectful things; Brad would simply peck him to keep him in line!
As the two grew up, with only a few hens in the yard between them, they acted more kind towards each other than most actual full blooded brother roosters do!
(Undoubtedly, due to Brad's kindness.)

The day that killed me: It was Valentine's Day, I was attending a day treatment program at the time.
Something in my gut told me not to go that day, to cancel my ride and stay home; I chucked it up to being single and lonely, and went anyway.
When I came back home, just as I left the transport van, from the neighbor's yard I heard the most unmistakable, horrendous "HEEELLP!!!; it was definitely a chicken's voice, screaming for help clear as day.
I felt my own blood turn to sharp ice crystals, my heart sank.
And when I dropped my stuff I was holding and ran over to the fence, I felt my life drain away when I saw Brad against the fence, facing our yard; his front end was unharmed, but when I got back there I saw where they had punctured his right abdomen, it was bleeding, he had organ damage.
I had made a promise I would not curse, because it was impolite and I was religious at the time; what I was screaming at those three stray punk-a** dogs undoubtedly broke 12 of the 10 Commandments, and made all of divinity, all of sacrelige, all of damnation, and even the void of Athiesm itself blush!!

Brad was just my baby.
What I chose at the end of his life, the next night I chose to let him free again, instead of him dying in a cardboard box in the living room.
We already had a rooster who died in our house in a cage, it was very undignified; Brad was the leader of the flock, the most pleasant surprise in my life, just 2 days before the attack.
Just him, the leader; Feddyboi, second in command; the previous leader Mikey (Feddyboi's uncle, his mom's much older brother), standing by willingly, almost proud for them (he was very sweet too); and Brad's mom (Bianca) and Feddyboi's mom (Peepsie), walking next to the two young roosters, very happy looking.

Although I believe that considering the circumstances (we were extremely poor and had been annexed into city limits on the outskirts of town, and we didn't own any of the chickens), we truly did our best.
I do not regret that decision; I knew it would be very cold again that night after a warm snap.
I knew that if anything could stop bleeding, the cold could;
Brad did not belong in a house with termite damage, living in filth with a hoarder, sitting in a pool of his own blood in a box.
But I still miss him so dearly, and I wish I had more time with him. He was like a son to me; I was more or less of a god parent, and I raised him almost as much as Bianca did (at times; but nobody can replace an actual mother.)
Bianca was a very sweet, loving mother, who was very brave (fought a hawk mid-air once!)
She was his mommy, but I was his daddy. I helped him into the tree when he couldn't fly there himself.
But then, I still did after he was grown; he never stopped being my little boy, even when he was a full-grown rooster, nearly a year old.

I miss you son. I love you Brad. Daddy misses you.
That's really sad I hope that he will find his family in the afterlife when the time comes!!!!
Wow, to be honest from the first minute I was crying my eyes out, and while all the deaths were super sad but once that hit me the most was actually those who had loving owners who grieved after them, but it's okay I needed it, I recently lost two of my cats and didn't have a chance to properly grieve after them, this video helped me process those emotions, so thank you, not to mention art music and voice acting all were amazing, I think that I actually have my new favorite Grimm Reper, and pairing him with Life, and them having a wholesome friendship was absolutely brilliant opposites and yet two halfs of the same coin. Please be kind to my Lucky and Lana Mr. Reaper, and all the other animals big and small.

My dog bandit. He was a great pyrenees and he was mostly white with brown ish black markings. He was only 4 when he got cancer. It developed a tumor in his nose. He laid down on the blanket at the vets office and I sat with him on the ground. We buried him in our backyard by our apple and peach trees with his collar.
