Puffing out the cheeks is always the go to party trick to show people that you have face tracking it seems lmao, I end up doing it all the time, and whenever I meet another with face tracking in vrchat, it's the first thing they typically do too.
Didn't even need to sleep, just turned this on after a rough day and it helped me mellow out. Also some of my favorite triggers are scissors through hair or fabric, and gentle clicks and clacks. One of my favorites from this video are the metal on metal sounds, not too loud and not too sharp or quiet. Edit: Also to reitterate on the 'clicks and clacks' I mean like keyboard keys, or wood blocks on wood, and metal on metal like I mentioned. One improvement I think could be added to these kinds of cranival nerve exams, with implants, is added random technobabble while working. Basically just unintelligable whispering while working. The improvized clicks you did with your mouth work really well also.

Loving the new flashlight contact trigger, and the yellow slit eyes in the goggles are a great touch, they way you got the goggles to pull with your hand and snap onto the eyes is brilliant.

If you’re looking for more physical exam routines you could try the NIH stroke scale or a regular physical exam You just had a stroke ASMR would be very funny in my opinion
Halloween video idea you do a Frankenstein themed vid with u as the doctor and us as the monster (honestly you could probably tweak this avi only a tiny bit to make it work) i hope more spoopy asmr gets made this year
