here’s what blows my mind-THEY DIDNT USE SETLISTS. so i am completely in awe of how they just seamlessly go from song to song. this is the power of practice, the power of touring and the power of truly knowing how to play with all the members of your band
Going into a show without everything mapped out beforehand puts the band and the audience on the same page. The band doesn't know any more than the audience. And so the band can tune in to the audience and play what they want to hear. I'm a teacher and i often end up teaching things that i didn't plan to, just because I'm tuned into the students and it seemed like the right thing to do at the moment. Or sometimes i flat out ask them... what d'ya wanna talk about now?
@@MicroAmeba "pear jam didn't use set lists" Cool, i didn't know that about them. Eddie did appreciate Fugazi's music. He does a cover of I'm So Tired.
@@alexdougall3132 I've seen over a thousand shows, but I always single out Fugazi in 2001 as the one with the most intensity. I felt that in my heart and bones.

@@loveamerican practising for 5+ hours 6 days a week really paid off! fugazi truly are a truly unique band who were totally in sync with each other

You’re confusing them with Pearl Jam, whom don’t utilize set lists.
@@MicroAmeba ah no you’re confused, fugazi never used setlists either

This sound quality is excellent.
Great version of glue man
Wish I was there. Pure energy. Least we got Turnstile in 2024
