Biggest reason I'd guess it hasn't taken off is the lack of a good casual mode. Games generally need casual modes for the more competitive ones to be able to do well I've noticed

I am from Germany. Play on ps5 and i have so many Bots in my Team. I m in silber 1. This sucks so much. Read there names : effort / zipline / Katana / global etc I need real Players to get a better rank
Remember the game gives everyone very generic names. You have to change it yourself on there website for some odd reason. I’d say the players in those lower ranks are probably new and haven’t changed there names yet
