The hardware itself should be much faster than a 3070...specs alone there is a lot on the ARC table, and in a couple years I'm sure it will be much better

Ive been using arc a770 since the start of last december and have had rather stable performance, I only remember having graphical glitches on one game (was stellaris on dx 11 early december, which is in beta so I dont know if its arc or stella's bad programming and swapping to dx9 fixed it), though my game sample size steers opposite of FPS genre so that might help the arc here. I bought it as a interest piece but ive not had a reason to swap back to my 6700 xt, which the intel benchmarked slightly above in the few games that I play that gave it credit (Think warhammer and aoe2 DE). Ill keep running this thing unless I find a problem, which ive yet to find one let alone one that makes me need to swap gpu.

The hardware is closer to 6800 and 4070ti. It is actually very impressive. The issue is drivers. I can see by the end of the year Arc on bar with 6800 and beating 4070ti on 4k. 6800 I think their knowledge at AMD is better for the driver optimization than INTEL till they gain more experience. Nvidia instead having the 4070ti with such narrow Memory bus 192 bits only makes sure the 4070ti can't perform on 4k no matter what drivers they try on it but having DLSS3 on 40 series cards does fix some of this.

I think Intel has a real shot. I just think people hopped on to these cards expecting insane performance right outta the gate hopefully this helps keep down the expectations.

is it better than the built in GPU on motherboard? most new motherboard now have built in HDMI 2.1, display[ort 1.4 ? is the limited edition worth buying?

You do know OBS 29 supports AV1. Please try the Intel 4034 beta driver as there has been some small gains in DX11

I have not really looked into the intel gpus lately because quite frankly I just personally feel more safe with nvidia or AMD being more trusted on the gpu side of things but it wouldnt matter anyways since I have a 5600x so no point looking. Great video as always nice to see the growth since I last checked into you guys channel. I said road to 1k and here we are at 1.25k. All the best for your channels future and have a g1 guys!
