I think the only time it would be inappropriate to take a bag back after bringing it home is if the person was a smoker. Once that smells gets into leather, it just never totally goes away.
One yes! I just went to Gucci and asked for a bag showing that they had it in their system and the manager told me yes it’s here but it was a return it’s in pristine condition as far as the quality of the leather and interior but it smells like cigarette smoke so they could not sell it to me 😭 how freaking sad!
Totally Babe that another non acceptable return. Plus non of these houses should accept soiled return either right!

A friend of mine is always a negative Nancy when I've bought something, share it with her out of excitement then it doesn't end up working for me. Happy Belated Birthday! Love the stack! Also totally agree. We can’t try things on right now in the store easily or at all of you don’t live near one. There is no shame in ordering online trying something on and returning it because it doesn’t work for you. Trying something on (like you said) doesn’t mean you left your house and wore it for a few days or weeks. I wish more Fashion houses would have as great a return policy as LV. It’s smart because it makes you feel comfortable buying more knowing you can return even though you most likely will keep most of what you purchase.

I purchased the Montsouris PM and love it. The magnetic lock was a great change. That and the coated black leather! I would love to see a review on it. There aren’t many videos about it on TH-cam. Enjoy!

Hi Jerusha! I’m thinking about doing the same thing you have done to the straps of the Palm Springs mini to shorten it but I’ve heard that it can cause damage to the straps... have you experienced anything like this?

I think the backpack looks super cool and suits you!!!!! I bought the leather one and returned it because it smelled so badly of chemicals, plus I didn't like the shiny & stiff look of the all leather. Ended up scoring a Monogram PSM. If I hadn't of found that I would have gotten the Mono Montsouris!

For the amount of $ these items are, there is no need to explain the need to return an item you are not sure about. As my first LV bag, I had got in for a Speedy and got convinced by my husband to get an Alma. I went home and just did not feel right. I went back and exchanged it for my first choice. Nothing wrong with that. Love the backpack btw! Happy birthday!
