To get to Bantayan Island, just take a bus bound to Hagnaya Port from North Bus Terminal in Cebu City. It will take 3-4 hours for you to get to the port. Then take a Roro going to Bantayan Island that takes 1 and a half hour.
But if you haven't able to catch the ferry going to Bantayan Island, it's better to stay in Bogo City which is just 15 mins. away from the port going to Bantayan Island. I have a vlog about Bogo City that you might wanna see ☺️ here's the link
