I did this one tonight and I am so happy with it! I've never seen a real firefly and now I have a whole bunch of them! You are really very good at explaining your techniques and I look forward to trying another one of your tutorials very soon...maybe tomorrow!
I truly enjoyed watching the lesson, and your instruction was very clear and straightforward. Which is AWESOME for me because I am SUCH a novice to painting and also I have NO innate talent for drawing or painting LOL. Instead of feeling anxious when I paint, Im really actually feeling quite comfortable as well as confident that I will enjoy doing this lesson :-) Thank you!
not the artist, but I find that you can mix a pthaylo blue and black to make a beautiful dark grey blue, it will lose it's blue but you REALLY see it with a teeny smidge of white mixed in

I love it but I found that when using the damp paper towel it took off the rest of the paint too 😞 I’m still enjoying it but just have to make some adjustments with the technique

Maybe the painting needs to be drier before wiping off the paint for the glass jar part. Sorry this happened...
