It seems like Levy's biggest strength in Blitz and Bullet is that his game doesn't seem to suffer nearly as much as most when he's under 10 seconds. He's worse under such constraints, of course, but he seems to be less worse than most everyone else. If there was some way he could translate that to OTB...

Just go to your settings and turn on translate Russian:English . It will give the option for English to Russian too obviously because levy is speaking English. It takes about a minute or so to start working, and the translations aren’t that great. But it’s better than a stick in the eye.

His peak Bullet rating is 3000+. Really serves him well in these time scrambles. Unfortunately it's kinda the opposite skill to deep calculation.
In bullet he doesn't have sufficient time to doubt his moves whereas in classical dude goes straight into a mental lockdown
