The Rheon Twin Divider VX222 is a stress free bread divider. This machine can divide and form many types of dough gently and accurately including high hydration long floor time dough without damage. The result is better than handmade artisan bread with an open cell structure. This machine can be combined with many available forming machines to make flat bread, loaf breads or round bread and rolls. The VX222 can divide based on weight or by dimension of the dough piece you require. When dividing by weight a sophisticated load cell system weighs and then check weighs each piece. This information is fed back to the PLC for constant corrections for the most accurate scaling possible. If your bench dividing by hand this is your solution to improve quality and speed. We offer many VX models depending on your product specifications. A test of this equipment at either our NJ or CA office is required before any purchase.
