Except for one car I’ve found so far: the Aventador LP700 sounds nothing like it did in the last game… which really sucks because this one has way better sound design than #2 in the series.
Only thing i would say they should add to the game sound wise in a new vanity item category where you can apply forced induction sounds to cars even if they have a turbo or supercharger already. Since Motorfest are letting us "change" engines i think this is a good idea they could implement, gives us more playroom with car sounds too
I think they actually are implementing something like that. Current summit is giving out a sound pack of some sorts as the platinum reward. I'll see if I can win it and find out exactly what it does.
@@MedicalBillz Would be nice tbh since the upgrading system is very bland and basic which is one of the downsides of Motorfest. The only real "problem" this game has is the upgrading side and the fact we cant change stance freely, other than that this game is incredible
@@BlissifiedHH update to my previous comment: Yes there's audio packs for cars in the game, and the one I unlocked effectively gives a blow-off-valve and turbo sound effect to any car. Tested it with the Dodge Viper and other non-turbo cars.
Im literally 10 minutes in and i absolutely love the driving physics in this one. Everything feels real and has weight to it and you can feel the difference between the cars
@ThatSkyPlayer7683 I agree but compared to the old games this one feels more sim like in a way so it's going in the right direction to me. Drifting you can overthrow the car or give it too much gas pretty easily. Overall it feels much better than previous titles as to where they felt very floaty and too arcade like.

Something I wish The Crew had from the start is more detailed tuning settings, especially for the gearbox... Adjusting each individual gear ratio for example, instead of just the final drive. Along with that, adding an option to change the number of gears in the transmission Forza Horizon 5 style, where you can have anywhere from 6 to 10 gears in any car if you want. These things would make TCM more of a rival to FH5 than it already is, and would make people who like to tune their car settings, like me, happier 😊

Interesting game, vehicle balance is remarkable, but how can the rear view mirror come straight from Gta V? It has water reflection but no mirror reflection xD
If you look closely, the newer Lamborghini interiors have the speedometer number fonts inaccurate to the real thing. For example, watch a side-by-side comparison of a real Huracan performante POV and the one in this game. You’ll see what i mean.
@@BusterChops1000Thats been a inaccuracy issue since the first Crew. They use their own fonts for most of the digital dashes and it really irks me, at least the Jesko guage cluster is fixed and auto levels now.

the sounds are amazing definitely a big step up from other games such as GT7, FH5 and NFS Unbound, however we need more cars, the list is a bit short and not a lot of modern cars are here to be used, I'll throw some examples. 2023 Civic Type R 2022 Cadillac CT5V Blackwing 2022 Rimac Nevera 2021 Lambo Huracan STO 2023/2019 Aston Martin Vantage (V12/V8) 2022 Mercedes SL63 AMG 2022 Toyota GR86 or Subaru BRZ and so on and on.

I wish making money in this game was halfway as easy and fast as in Forza Horizon, because the choice of cars with all the unique and rare models they have in TC2, let alone Motorfest, is absolutely bonkers. Forza and F. Horizon really have a big gap to fill in order to catch up. I love both franchises regardless.
Not at all. I much prefer the sense of progression, having to earn those crazier cars and tons of money, as opposed to having non-stop cash and hypercars thrown at you like a stripper in a nightclub, which Forza Horizon does just that.
I don't like instant gratification tbh, and would rather prefer working hard to get what I want. Forza gets way too boring because of too many rewards being shoved into you
The sound designers of this game is on some different level of existence. They said: "Well, people don't like EV cars because they didn't make a sound. So, LETS MAKE THEM SOUND LIKE A F*CKING SPACESHIPS!"
Shame my headset makes these glorious car sounds sound so soft. I always turn my music off just to enjoy these orgasmic audio they did. My personal favorite so far is the Supra A80 and the M4

Why do all the cars sound like they have straight cut racing transmissions?...other then that it sounds pretty good but i think NFS Heat, Project cars 3 and certain cars in FH5 sound more authentic.
I hope there will be a way to tune your gear ratios, because the ones on lots of these cars are way too short. I get that they want all the cars to top out at their last gear but... why?? that's not how it works for many cars

Glad to hear your enjoying the game but ive never played The Crew before. 1) is there an open world where you can drive and Interact with other players? 2) is this currently one of the most modern racing games out there right now? 3) are there areas with a fair amount of traffic? It seems a little empty to me. 4) does the driving feel realistic or is it arcade-like similair to NFS?

Not really, not innovating tbh other than car sounds and interior details (like your character sticking shoulder while at low speed as well as fixing the rearview mirror) 3. In free roam traffic is always present, and a lot of ghost cars racing are always present 4. It has weight into it compared to The Crew 2, it's nearly simcade tbh
