This is the full trip report after 8 months of Lockdown to Tumbling , Nepal which is very nice place in the way to Sandakphu.
Meanwhile we visited Lepchajagat , an another small Hill top village in Darjeeling Hill.

সান্দাকফু যেতে এখন গাইড নিতে হয়? আমরা 1983 সালে গেছিলাম, তারপর আবার 1985 তে গিয়েছি। সান্দাকফু হয়ে ফালুট। তখন কিন্তু গাইড নিতেই হবে এমন কোনো নিয়ম ছিল না। আপনাদের ভিডিও দেখে অনেক পুরোনো কথা মনে পড়ে গেল। যদিও জায়গাগুলো বদলেছে অনেক, বিশেষত থাকার এমন সুন্দর ব্যবস্থা তখন কল্পনা করাও যেতনা। তবুও সেই নাতিশয় ব্যবস্থাই যেন অসম্ভব ভালো লেগেছিল। 💞🌿💞

You have spent night at Lepchajagat. Generally other tourists are spending nights at Manebhanjan or nearby villages. If you can elaborate, What are the advantages or disadvantages?

I always prefer clam and quite environments and thats why i opt for Lepchajagat
Adv:
1. Quite cheap like 1200/- per day perhead cost of living
2. Home stay quality is very good
3. Communication is very easy same as like Manebhanj or Sukhiapokhri
4. View from viewpoint and natural beauties are mind blowing and far more better than any above mentioned place.
Disadvantages:
1. No night life . You have to spend walking on the road looking at the stars ✨.
Just joking 🙃... I won’t find any disadv.
Summary:
Communication wise Lepchajagat and Manebhanj are absolutely same. The only difference is crowd. Manebhanj home stay qualities are not good as compared to lepcha.
The distance between Lepchajagat to Manebhanj is just 1 hour .
So i always prefer to stay in Lepchajagat.
