I really like Common Sense Media when it comes to identifying blasphemy but they missed the song at the end of the movie. “Sympathy for the Devil” by The Rolling Stones. The song mentions Jesus Christ. I decided to look at the lyrics more closely after the movie. Yikes!!! I’m sad Disney didn’t scrutinize the content of this song selection. They did in the screenplay dialogue.

If you read the lyrics for Sympathy for the Devil you would understand that it’s not glorifying the devil but rather showing us how the devil manifests in human society. Also, if Jesus wasn’t killed by Pontius Pilot would he even be Christ?
