URAD KI CHILKE WALI DAL
Urad dal contains carbohydrates, vitamins, calcium, proteins. It is of cold nature. If urad peel dal is made in this way, its taste becomes completely different. Urad peel lentils do not taste delicious even when made in an ordinary way, but if you make dal in my way, then it will be ready very tasty.
I have prepared this dal in a completely different way. Its taste is somewhat like dal makhani.

INGREDIENTS-
FOR TO BOIL THE LENTILS-
1/2 cup of black gram split ( काली छिलके वाली उड़द दाल)।
1 spoon salt ( एक चम्मच नमक)।
3 to 4 cup of water ( 3 से 4 कप पानी)।
FOR TOMATO GRAVY-
3 tomatoes ( 3 Tamatar).
3 green chilies (3 hari mirch).
2" ginger piece (2 इंच अदरक का टुकड़ा).
1 spoon ghee (1 chammach ghee).
1/4 cumin seeds( jeera).
cinnamon ( दालचीनी).
1 bay leaf (1 tej patta).
2 cloves (2 lavang).
5 to 6 black pepper ( काली मिर्च).
1/4 tsp salt (namak).
1/4 tsp kashmiri chilli powder ( कश्मीरी मिर्च पाउडर).
1/4 tsp degi chilli powder ( deggi mirch powder).
1/2 tsp coriander powder ( Dhaniya powder).
1/2 tsp turmeric powder ( हल्दी पाउडर).
1 tsp kasuri methi(कसूरी मेथी)।
1/2 black salt ( काला नमक).
powder ( haldi powder).
FOR TADKA-
1 spoon ghee(घी)।
butter(मक्खन)।
1/2 cup milk ( दूध).
Water as required( आवश्यकतानुसार पानी).
