Remember: Flug may seem weak, because he is always next to Black Hat, so we dont have a good measure. But it was stated that Flug is a villian that could be as dangerous as Black Hat himself if not for his feelings.
I mean black hat is kinda like devil you know the one who rebelled against God . He is kinda like an eldritch being who can do many thing and i think flug cannot win against him but he could be great villain .
Maybe that's why Black Hat is so tough on him, trying to mentor the some backbone into him

@@yusufkaradag8983 I dont know about that, i think he is just a very, very powerfull villian, because if we consider the devil, there is Him from Powerpuff Girls. Flug could be as dangerous as Black Hat because of the sheer ammount of knowledge and firepower he has, but he has feelings, he feel fear and love and other things. About the statement, i think it was Black Hat himself that told someone to not underestimate Flug because he would not allow someone weak to work for him.
He must throw the best Halloween parties.

@Bryan Villafuerte I am relaxed lol I was relaxed while typing that out xD Even if it was on adult swim parents will still try to complain. They did that for Beevus and Butthead and they always had a warning before they showed any episode. But parents banned the series because 2 unsupervised children caught the rug on fire and the parents didnt want to blame themselves so they blamed the cartoon because Beevus and Butthead did they same thing in their house.
The subtitles tone down some jokes already, in spanish Dementia say "a bitch is near Black Hat". 😏

@@cosmicdork hate it when parents bitch, cry, and moan about a show being inappropriate or too scary for kids but in reality it’s their job to make sure to monitor what their kids watch and not the shows/creators responsibility.

I know I said there's many times about the show but I'm so glad that there's a serious evil main character villain in a cartoon instead of a silly one
When Black Hat looked up from the paper to hiss at Dementia, all I could think of was that meme from Tom and Jerry of that screenshot of Tom reading the newspaper.
This makes me wonder if Alastor from Hazbin Hotel was inspired by him, considering there's so many similarities!! I love this.

this guy will always take the most evil options nomatter what and has no conduct no morals at all to give him a level of Charm. He's malvevolently funny but its not offset enough that you want to see more of him, you want to see him killed off. He basically has the demeanor of Vass from far cry 3. Vass is compelling and his evil charm is enjoyed because you eventually take him down/see him fall. That is why the wannabe jesus in 5 fails so hard cause he is 'right' about everything.
Alastor on the other hand has a class and gentlemanly demeanor, a TRUE one too and not just his aesthetic. Psychotic though he is, while motivated only by a need to be entertained, he isn't 'forceful'. He doesn't act without a motivation or commit an action of evil for the helluva, it needs to be entertaining enough and or be against someone going against his aesthetic.
He horrifically tears apart a sinner and eats his flesh in the hazbin hotel comics. But that is only after the guy attempted to butcher a customer/lady. Vs this guy and he commits an act of evil on every chance he gets no matter how petty or pointless. Like he had no reason to attack that speaker dude. Nor was there any reason to do that tv bullshit.
Basically he has nothing 'redeeming' about him. And i don't mean the potential to do good, he is just a nasty force of evil.

@@taddad2641 In short, there’s a good side to Alastor that won’t immediately maim you on sight if you can appear decent enough to him. But if you see anything that looks like a shadow wearing a top hat, you run for however long you have left.

The only issue I have with this show is how one dimensional Black Hat is. He has no personality other than “Look at me, I’m edgy and evil”!
He needs layers to really be a good villain, he’s just so bland and just seems like bait for fan girls. The worst thing is that he’s the MAIN CHARACTER; Dr. Flug totally outshines him.
I think that is the point Flug is the main character black hat is his boss and from the canon book that come out that Flug write he know more about his boss that he should and that would be a problem later i feel fun fact one of the official artist draw a parody of the last supper with the characters and they put Flug on Judas place we can go with theorys but there is the possibility that Flug will betray Black hat in the future

It is a reference to a Mexican series called "La rosa de Guadalupe" Where the Virgin Mary makes a white rose appear every time she is going to perform a miracle.
For Mexicans it is more of an exaggerated series than something dramatic due to the absurdity of some scenes and how poorly informed they usually are about current trends. In addition to the fact that the actors in the episodes are clearly amateurs due to the poor production, it is as if all the archaic thoughts of your religious grandmother were materialized in a series.
