    There are 40+ UNESCO World Heritage sites in India. Hundreds of temples and palaces which are incomparable. Himalaya in the North, Desert in the west, Coast in the South and over a hundred national parks. Welcome to the oldest Surviving and greatest Civilization in the world.

    Driving in India is simple - you need three good things. Good horn, Good brakes and Good luck 😊. India can be an assault on all your senses. It can be overwhelming for people visiting the first time but its beauty is incomparable if you look past the superficial. Hope you visit again 😊

    • @sarahjneve

    City traffic are chaotic. Coz its job centre so whole population there for wrk. Drive out of city and the whole expanse is umpty, just nature.
    Indian weddings are only a day. Rest are all different rituals that are to be done different days before wedding. Like applying henna on hands of bride ceremony one day, haldi ceremony aka applyin tumeric sandalwood rose water paste by all on them, so they radiant skin.. all these ceremony have cousins and all enjoying with music dance n all. Old days there wasnt pub nor bar drinkin culture. So celebrating, music, dance, food, meeting all distant family, friends, neighbours at the weddin was something people craved and loved here

    Amazing video! You make vlogs like a professional vlogger haha.. Looks like the chaotic life of India was a bit overwhelming for you. Golden triangle is what each and every foreigner tries to do on their first visit to India, therefore these places are always so crowded with tourists, taxi-drivers and shopkeepers trying to sell you everything. So next time when you get to visit India, you can visit quieter and less chaotic places like Kerala, North-Eastern states and Goa. Also you could visit Nepal and Bhutan to see Himalayas from much closer. Hope you have a great year ahead! Love from India🇮🇳♥

    • @sarahjneve
      @sarahjneve  7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Thank you so much! Yeah I’m definitely not used to that level of crowds in general, but I did to the golden triangle as a field program through Semester at Sea, which meant I was in a tour group - definitely made it a lot better to not be in charge of getting places myself!!

    Try to visit northeast india next time it's one of the underrated place in india, Delhi and Mumbai is just a chaotic hectic city with pollution and traffic, if u wanna see diffrent side of india u must visit northeast india🙏 northeast indians are different from other indians coz they look like East Asian❣️p.s. northeast india has the cleanest village & river in Asia.

    • @sarahjneve
      @sarahjneve  ปีที่แล้ว

      I think the main point was to visit the Taj and then the “golden triangle” which is why we visited those cities. We had a very packed itinerary and wouldn’t have been able to fit anything else in! India is a massive country and it’s impossible to see everything in one visit anyway. I can always come back!

    • @yashvaibhav4207
      @yashvaibhav4207 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      @@sarahjneve yeah yeah for sure you can not visit whole at once , but the thing is how can you utilise your time better , I mean taj was fine as you guys were interested to see it. Golden triangle thing always bothers me , you folks were bound to visit one after another, it degrades the feeling of travelling. Travelling is more like an expression of freedom, one learns more when he/she plans things own.
      Many of the fellas were exhausted , didn't they?

    • @sarahjneve
      @sarahjneve  ปีที่แล้ว

      We always have the option to independently travel or buy field programs scheduled by sas! Since it was the first port I wanted to have sas plan the schedule for me so I could figure it out better. We’re always tired after a port since it’s such a condensed amount of time and we’re always trying to do as much as possible! Sas isn’t for exploring an entire country, it’s so you can know where you want to come back to.
