Just got mine and there was a firmware update from 1.03 to 1.04. I updated it as stated with only it being plugged in. It now shows 1.04 but after several reboots, every time I start simapp pro it still tells me there's a firmware update available but it, the orion 2 base and the stick grip is all up to date.
Please, for the love of god, sell MFSSB separately again! I purchased Orion 2 base without it, planning on purchasing MFSSB later. Now I can't buy it anymore cause you're only selling it already installed!
When you buy the MFSSB base you get the springs etc. to covert it to a conventional base. I guess if you need to convert it back I guess you can use this tutorial.
Never. It's been listed on the WW website for two (2) years, but it is never available. And get this, according to WW's sales department, we peons are too stupid to add these parts our selves, it has to be done by WW's own tech support, they don't take units back to make the changes - you have to buy a new unit!
This guide would work, if WW actually sold the kit! You list it as part of your inventory, but it's always "out of stock" and never for sale!! Same with the Z-axis, always out of stock, never available for sale. You guys are literally killing your own sales numbers by not having product available for sale!
