I ended up watching a bunch of your videos and after watching I decided to get the Joolz Aer+ because how small it packs up. Plus it's on sale right now. Thanks for making these videos!
I felt like the joolz would tip easily similar to butterfly 😢
@@FattiapplesI have been using the Joolz non-stop for 6+ months and have had no issues with tipping outside of when we tried the rider board (which I returned). Hope this helps!
Yea! I think you are going to love it! And getting it on sale is so nice!! 🙌🏼
Ive traveled alone for work six times with my infant this year. I have the Joolz and love it but let me make some comments: you NEED the footboard and bumper bar once they graduate from bassinet/car seat, so just mentally add this to the cost- the leg space is too short without it. This makes Joolz expensive. I also bought the storage organizer which I HIGHLY recommend- wish I had it on day 1. Nonetheless the small canopy of nuna trvl is a dealbreaker for anyone in sunny areas. I’ve never had a fabric tuck issue with Joolz like she says… probably because I NEED THE CANOPY EXTENDED …but if the difference in collapse size is driving you to Joolz, just know you will likely gate check the stroller anyway for the first year- you’ll be carrying a baby and a nursing pillow and a diaper bag and you’ll be excited to toss your stroller to the guy on the bridge- you’ll take so long to get off the plane you won’t even notice the wait to deplane your stroller. The Joolz seatbelt also takes FOREVER to buckle (but I’ve never tried the trvl- can’t compare) so i carry the stroller and baby to the bathroom, change his diaper, then buckle him in usually. The carry strap is an absolute need- does the trvl even have one? You have to fold this thing up every time you go through TSA which makes the trvl so attractive to me because it will fold without you bending down AT ALL! (You’ll be holding your heavy baby!) - with Joolz I do have to do a bit of a curtsy to tuck the stroller down. - another reason to get the storage organizer so that there isn’t a little bag in the undercarraige you have to bend down and get during TSA check. I had a nuna car seat - another reason to go with TRVL- the connection is effortless, with Joolz the adaptors are finicky- I need two hands to clip the seat in. However once clipped in it’s mega sturdy I mean we can do wheelies. Once the baby walks I’ll bring the stroller on as a carry on and might like that a lot better- maybe I’ll report back. Btw- get the bassinet. You can’t fly with it but it’s so great even just at home for days at the park the baby can just fall asleep . So TLDR Joolz: strap must have, canopy way way bigger, seat height much taller, you’ll get a better chair if you buy all the accessories. TRVL: one handed fold, bumper bar and footrest included in price , no car seat adaptor needed. Hope this helps!
Hello! Thank you very much for your videos! They are so helpful!! Did you have a chance to try the new Nuna Ixxa model? Very interesting to compare it to Joolz Aer+ 😊 Thank you!
I wish! They actually don't sell this stroller in the US. :( It look like it is a step between the TRVL and the TRIV, but that's just what I can tell from the website.
Great video! I wonder which one is more durable for the day-to-day usage in this travel segment
They are both pretty good. I think the Joolz is slightly more sturdy/reinforced over the Nuna. I have had the Nuna TRVL for almost 2 years though and it has held up well.
Love your videos on all the higher end travel strollers. I am gearing towards Joolz Aer, how do you think it does on gravel or cobblestone roads? We will be in Europe for 3 months this year?
It does pretty good! No travel stroller is perfect, but I think overall you will be happy.
Hi! Been watching your videos since I came across your babyzen yoyo & bugaboo butterfly comparison video. Wanted to know which one you prefer, the bugaboo butterfly or the joolz aer+?
It’s in the works!!!
Hi! Thanks so much for doing this comparison, i was literally struggling to decide between these 2 strollers but am now leaning towards Joolz as my 2+ year old toddler is also quite tall and does nap on the go in the stroller. The weather is quite warm all year round in my country, so i was just wondering in terms of ventilation via the mesh portions of the strollers, with the canopy fully covered, does it get very warm within the Joolz as compared to the Nuna?
Super helpful!!! Thank you ❤
I'm glad!!
Love your videos - thank you! I'm looking for a travel stroller that will be appropriate for traveling with a 3 month old baby and that can grow with him. We have a full size stroller (Bugaboo Fox) already, and a Nuna Pipa RX car seat. Which one do you recommend in this situation?
Thanks so much for the kind words!
I’d suggest the Joolz Aer+ because it fits in an overhead bin and has a taller seat back, so it’ll grow with him.
Hi! May I know how you think the joolz aer+ compares to the nuna trvl LX? Thanks!
Different - Joolz AER+ is best for travel while TRVL LX is better for everyday use.
Can you do a review/summary of travel strollers that are compatible with infants (0-6 months)? Thanks!
If you want bassinet and not car seat the ones that come to mind are Minu V2, Joolz Aer, YoYo, and Ergo Metro. A lot of other options are with use of an infant car seat.
Are there any sites that will ship the European version of the Joolz Aer+ to the U.S. so I can get the full recline version?
I don't know of any sadly.
Can you please review the kinderkraft nubi 2 vs joolz aer +
I sadly don't have access to the Kinderkraft in the US. :(
Have you tried the minu v2 yet?
I’ve used it before, but I just ordered one of my own! Review coming somewhat soon.
I just got it and I’m torn! My daughter is pretty tall. Can’t wait to see your review. Not sure if I should try something else. I LOVE the aer+ but she is basically topped out on the height already..
Do you have any insight if the Nuna PIPA Urbn will fit car adapter for Aer+?
Yes!
Joolz customer service said nuna pipa are not compatible. Im so confused with conflicting info.
So after I posted this I bought Joolz Aer+ and car seat adapter. I can confirm 100% that they fit the Nuna Pipa Urbn
I would think all Nuna car seats have the same insert shape but maybe they don’t. They have a compatibility chart of their site and some they have just never tested so they can’t claim compatibility.
Can you do review of zoe tour stroller? I feel that one doesn’t get a lot of mention. Also very affordable
I just bought the Zoe Twin V2 and will be doing a review on that one after I test it for a bit! I am open to doing more Zoe reviews in the future too.
