      Given how poorly the supplement industry works right now regarding product quality and clinical testing, I would be skeptical whether I'm buying literal or figurative crap.

      I'm curious: how does one find somewhere to give it a try and how much does it cost?? I wonder if this could have saved my brother who died by suicide a couple of years back, and I suffer from many ailments and disorders this might help. Though it all sounds good until the end of the video, so I don't know. I heard about this many years ago and it sounded like a miracle cure, then came across this video and was excited to hear about it as a possible option in the treatment of mental disorders and alcohol addiction. but possible cancer?

    That elderly lady invigorated by a young boy's poop reminded me of Alexander Bogdanov's visions of socialist parabiosis and experiments with blood transfusions to keep old communists alive. Even if poop wouldn't work, at least it comes out on its own. You don't have to "extract" it to redistribute.
    Also, not gonna lie, "crapsules" gave me a good chuckle.

    But is any of this even true? Also, does this mean we can just make our own poop pills from a healthy donor and take them ourselves? At this point I’ll try anything, I know my nephew will have a healthy microbio

    I have problem to find a way to eat 50 grams of fiber daily - I am normally eating a mixed salad size XXXL ( Peoples normally ask me ... " can you eat all that ? " ) . Unfortunately counting all fiber just come to 15 to 20 grams of fiber 🙄. Do someone have a suggestion please . Thanks in advance and great channel 👌

      Salad greens are great, but it's not the best way to increase fiber, try oats (and other whole grains) and beans. Especially replacing refined grains with whole grains, and replacing meats with beans and lentils.

      @Just For Your FYI yes but mincing the food doesn't replace all the benefits of chewing. that's why, if you're eating minced or liquid food, you need to chew gum as well, to make sure you're doing some chewing

    • @kungfutzu3779
      @kungfutzu3779 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      apparently it helps if the donor lives with the donee. so that their bacteria would be already similar to what they're used to

      Not really, my donor was O+ and I am B+ and had an amazing result. I still keep topping up with 1 pill a day. donor quality is more important than blood type according to my supplier and most people who have performed fmt.
