Very nice collection you have here Ruth...
I (no model) recommend the Les Fleurs De Bach perfumes and colognes, they use healing flowers and herbs for those, and apart from smelling gorgeous they are supposed to affect your mood. Not quite sure about the latter, but I love the scents!

Try the Paula's Choice 2% BHA, it's more suited to your skin. The LG would work, but it's not directly the best "match" if you know what I mean? Try the BHA first and let me know how you get on! x

It's OK, they are never on! And the steam doesn't reach that part of the bathroom. It's usually very cool and dark there! x

Ruth, I hate to tell you, as you have a special alcove for them, but your bathroom is NOT a good place to store perfumes and colognes as the heat and steam can destroy the scents. Keep them in their boxes and in a cool place, out of the sun (I even keep extra bottles in the fridge!). Can't wait to try the Jo Malone - arriving stateside this fall.

I'm with you on the whole mainstream fragrances... for example, I really love Ralph Lauren Ralph (the one with blue bottle), but everyone and her sister have it, everyone recognize it and we are not counting the many dupes and similar scents. I smell it everywhere. Luckily, there are some fragrances that are extremely popular in US and Europe but not here in Chile :)
I really enjoyed your video! It's a nice way to know you a little bit better.

I did something similar to your personalized fragrance when I was in Southern France last summer. Instead of talking to someone who did it for you, i simply did it all myself. It was such a cool experience sitting there for close to two hours picking exactly the layers of scents that you want. Since i'm not an expert however, mine turned out to be a florally violette bomb. Still, highly recommend it! Galimard perfumery x
