I'ma get a pet morning dove
@@80HDOOBER if you live in the US it's illegal to own native birds like the mourning dove, i suggest getting a ringneck dove or get a pigeon, both aren't wild and are awesome pets. bit please do your research!
@@SirPigeon420 i can't really own anything rn I'm black
zero rights
Holy crap! What a blast from the past. It's so nostalgic, it makes me almost want to cry. The memories, god the memories. Like a flood, rushing back, of early mornings, waking up around 7:30 am, smelling breakfast cooking in the kitchen, and my dad getting ready to go feed the cows and pigs, the geese honking and chickens running around, and of course, this beautiful fella, singing it's call. Makes me want to go back.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Lol what's with the name "yourLordSatan"?
@@richardl.currier4052 exactly as it says. I am your Lord. Satan. Lucifer. The Devil. Glad you had a little chuckle.
Same here ❤❤

Yeah, in the morning and evening, I can hear their calls more often.

Yeah because people are hunting and killing them 😢

This makes me miss living in Borrego Springs. You would hear whole flocks of them doing this every morning and night.
Thank you for the support, enjoy!
Borrego Springs is a magical place. I was just there last summer, and the calls of mourning doves filled the air in the early mornings.
Doves are my favorite birds!

I was that one doofus that thought they were wolves as a kid. lmao
@@catholicfemininity2126 🤣
For years, I assumed this call was from an owl. I used the animal call ID app and discovered it was a dove. Amazing! Just came to TH-cam for confirmation.
I assumed the same!
Ok mourning doves are so beautiful birds
these are my childhood i can't hear them no more i heard these animals when i was 5 years old it brings back memories
thank you for watching!!
It's amazing how nature has a way of leaving a lasting impression on us. thank you for watching!! ❤❤❤❤❤❤
I always wondered wth was this call coming from. Now I know and am so happy 😁
I've seen a few in my backyard ... Sooo cute
Yeah, it is great to learn something everyday! ♥️♥️♥️ Thank you for watching!
There was a mourning dove on my neighbor's roof once that was trying to make this call, but every time, his voice would crack halfway through. It was the cutest thing, like he was going through puberty and his voice was changing. Over and over, he tried. And i swear, he looked embarrassed and would kind of glance around to see if anyone heard.
Oh, that is so funny! 😅😂😂❤❤❤❤
One of the most beautiful birds to ever exist
Just woke up and heard this lil guy today
Absolutely beautiful
When I hear this I think of my childhood, back when we were in a little house, this makes me remember looking out the window at the bush infested side of the house, I remember hearing these in the middle of the day or in the morning… Good memories…
Thank you for sharing with us!
“When the world needed him most, he vanished.”
Waking up Saturday mornings at granny’s house 😊
This bird does not know how important it is to our childhood nastalgia
Beautiful😍

Goodbye, for this is now OUR time to mourn
this is my favorite bird. i love them
My first ever memory was waking up to the sound of a Mourning Dove.
Cool!!!❤❤❤
This took me back to 2013 the memories are coming back…
GUYS ITS SIX IN THE MORNING IN 2024 I AM HEARING THIS BIRD OUTSIDE MY WINDOW
ITS GONNA BE A GOOD DAY
I don't know why I don't hear these anymore I miss them :(
🙁
From what I’ve heard, intensive agriculture declined mourning dove reproduction, and hunting decreased population(obviously), and they may migrate, so there are still doves flying around, just not as much as there was for some sudden reason.
This bird call makes me feel so happy and safe
Imagine waking up in a hospital and hearing this and your thinking your about to die
😅😅😅❤️❤️❤️
personally, I would love to hear a great and beautiful sounding bird sound before I pass
These birds must only show up in childhood or something, because every time I visit the US to see my cousins I hear those birds, but the second I’m not with them suddenly the birds stop
This was the early morning sound of southern summers. Now I wanna cry cause this brings back so many memories 🥹
ん〜鳩可愛い〜〜〜🕊☺️
I just heard one of these irl right as I watched this video, man they sound so nice
This bird brought back memories from when I was really young
So this the sound that always woke me up in the morning
This bird is the glue that holds nature ambience together. Just as iconic as crickets or sicatas
Still Hear These Out In My Yard Every Few Days. I Have A Flock Of White Winged Doves That I Feed (I’m In The Southwest USA) And The Mourning Doves And Eurasian Collards Have Moved In With Them. Great To Hear A Cacophony Of Cooing Every Morning From Them All.
Indeed, that is great!
I wanna take this sound, hook it up to a speaker on a powerline so every morning I can experience this lovely sound once again
This bird gives the most amount of memories. I live in America, but I don’t hear this bird that often. But whenever I go back to my village in India, it is the most beautiful thing I have ever heard.
I was born in 2012 but I remember many childhood memories and this bird was part of my childhood🙁😭
They are like all auditioning🥰
I fr thought those sounds were from an owl all this time
Same here
I am from Western upstate NY (near Canadian border) and always hear this in the morning, if only the birds knew their power!
Bro I remember hearing this when I was little at my old house it faded away I moved to a new house and I hear it every day and it makes me happy
Sometimes I still hear it, as i go and look for it, I realise its just the sound of a forgotten childhood memory...
thank you for watching!! ❤❤❤❤❤❤ it's amazing how nature has a way of leaving a lasting impression on us.
I love this calming sound! ❤️
It feels so nostalgic hearing this sound again after so long! 😭
Looked this up because I can hear one outside right now. I love this bird's call
The sound they make while flying is so neat to me.
I love them when i wake up they remind me of the old days❤️❤️
These doves are sooooooooo adorable ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ their species are such wonderful creations with lots of love and affection 🥰🤗🤭. I also love how their necks and bodies inflate turning them into little clouds of fluff 💗

I just started hearing this bird again😊
This is a gorgeous masterpiece of a bird
This bird has a prehistoric sound to its call. Something primal in me awakens. I can’t explain it. I feel my ancestors …
I heard them a lot at my grandparents, next time i go ill see if i can hear them again.
Mourning dove call is a sound therapy... it makes me feel so calm, is very relaxing.
Beautiful and sweet birbs 🥰
Yes, absolutely. Thank you for watching!
When you wake up in the morning in Texas and you stay in bed cause your lazy while the doves sing
Exactly! ♥️♥️♥️
I hear them everyday. Its amazing
I hear these every mow and then. Reminds me to enjoy the day.
2019 kids: it’s just a bird
2009 kids: …
This is my childhood waking up to hear these birds…
thank you for watching!! ❤❤❤❤❤❤
It's so glad to know that my childhood is back 😢❤
they have the same tone as the 2010 video about them, this proofs that they will never go away ❤
This call just brings back childhood memories 😢😢😢
I swear I cry every time bc it’s js so nostalgic
Remember hearing this before school? Like waiting for your bus or if you walked to school, just hearing this in the morning first thing when you walk out the door. The loud cicadas and the mourning doves, just calling out all at the same time in some kind of rhythm.
Yeah, I miss those days too.
But they’ll be back, yk? Don’t even worry about
thank you for sharing this with us. It's amazing how nature has a way of leaving a lasting impression on us. thank you for watching!! ❤❤❤❤❤❤
THEYRE THE ONES MAKING THAT NOISE!! one of my favorites hearing growing up
❤❤❤❤❤ thanks for watching!!!
Probably less than a year ago I used to think this was an owl. Couldn't believe it when I found out it wasn't.
These little floofs look impossibly soft. Oh, to hold one in my hands... but I can't, so I will just have to admire their cuteness from afar.
I love mourning doves!
yeah me too!!!!
RIP😢 2012-2016 that sound meant so much
