This is truly what I wanna hear. I had been struggling for so long and can't get pass the first stage, but I never totally give up. I asked myself "what is it that hinder myself", the answer isn't myself, laziness, or avoidance. It is as expected I've got the same answer as this video, Goal. Where am I trying to go ? What I want to become ? What is it that I want to see that took me to the path of game creation ? At the start my goal was so vague that I didn't know why, at some point I only move because of money and that's my lowest point of all. Problems clouded my mind and vision, I realized that the reason I want to create my own videogames is that I love to play videogames. I couldn't just walk because of that, just the love in something and happiness from successfully created that thing although it's not good enough in normal standard. Yeah you could just go as far, but I'm the type that if I can't see through the end my legs won't move. That's why I'm trying to imagine what it's like to be successful, I daydreamed a lot when I successful. In the end it's not that I want to live a rich man successful life as mainstream suggested, but to live in a lifestyle of being a game developer and took the pride in my creations. Then what I need is obvious, what kind of videogame I'm so desired to play. It's not just having multiple small games and be humble because I'm solo developer, but to dream as big as I could and work toward it. It's uncertain that I would live as a solo developer my whole life, and it's better to have that big plan to work for. I hope that everyone that still not give up yet have clear mind so that you could process things better, I'm also still on the first stage that not having a footprint on gamedev career yet but I know where I'm heading to.
