Interesting batch - as usual! Thanks for showing me albums I forgot about or never knew of! Still need to find a copy of that Emitt Rhodes LP! ...I recently found a great garage album (NM) in the wild at a local co-op, "Out Of Sight" by Bobby Comstock And The Counts". A HOT ONE! 🤪 ...BTW, I'm one of those who usually avoids live streams because there are only 24 hours in a day and live streams usually turn out way too long for me and often put me asleep because I'm ancient! 🥴
Derek, amazing finds in a rural Nebraska thrift store. I have the Emitt Rhodes, but now I am on the hunt for that Scott Key LP. The Steamhammer is nice, too. I have a reissue CD. Thanks, Chris

Of course mine is a reissue. I have the first Pezz Band LP and it’s solid Chicago Power Pop. I really need to check out the solo stuff by Emmit Rhodes I do have the Merry-Go-Round LP with Live & You’re a Very Lovely Woman that I scored a few years back in a small RS in Vegas. Groovy stuff I love the way you called the full outer cover on that SteamHammer album the “full effect” I’ve been calling wrap around covers the full effect for a few years now Seems to fit! LoL! Thanks for these. Listened to the Food album following your recommendation and really liked it. Hopefully, it’ll one day get a decent reissue. I’m not so keen on the 2006 reissue because of what people have said about the sound on that pressing. It's one to add to the 'wants' list in the meantime. 🙂
Hey d. You definitely need that euphoria lp. It’s one of my favorites of all time not just on capital. It will grow on you. As for that Scott key lp, Dom would love that since he loves Fahey. Same type of guitar player.

Yeah, the original compared to the reissue sound quality-wise is vastly better.
