Very clean.... can I suggest a fishing rod harness for that long lance.... if your using it a fair bit that is... would save that back.... 😊... cracking job on the vid.. your very good at talking through what your doing... stay safe 🏴

Must look that up myself I have a 24 foot lance but the bend I have on mine lifts the lance itself with the pressure
I use the Under car washer to wash the walls. Big wheels on either side and 4 jets. roll it up the wall all done fast

A firm where I worked, I fitted a sheep's wool filter to the cold pressure washer with the Honda engine. It went out on construction site's it cost more in repair than it cost, as the ceramic plungers would where out, because they found a dirty old barrel to draw from. cut a lot of repair cost down. lifting eyes where fitted as well. Another good vid, you could of got the funky farm & farmer p on the job many hands make light work.

Adrian, you might consider “Debris netting used on building sites to protect workers, buildings and other property from falling debris” to stop birds from nesting in the “corners” of the shed(s). Cut to let it hang about 0.75mtrs from the outside of the timber/ steel beam it will prevent the birds from flying up to the cavity to build the nest. JJ in Ballincollig Cork
A few neighbours have done similar, these birds seem to go in through the vent on the roof but I could do the same thing there as well 👍

I love my extendable Lance but if you do a days work on one your shoulders and back know it. Done many sheds with it and it will beat the ladder any day
First class Adrian .Tidy reel now, handy and safe.Good job on the shed, ready for winter ,and a bit like getting red up for a farm inspection ,you always feel good and pride with the result..only doubt i have is are you sure your a pedigree Cavan man ..as a real Lake man would have searched for that 90' fitting and saved the €s.😂 great stuff

Adrian look up the eve gutter power washer bend it's a small attachment with a curve on it the pressure of the power washer will lift that lance for ya you would hold it up with one hand.
It came with this lance but I never really used it as the whole muck got fired everywhere, do you use it?

I have a garage owner friend who tied in old CDs with fishing line to stop the birds flying into his buildings. The don’t like the way they deflect the sun and move about in the breeze.

I just watched Farmer P and your channel came up - so here I am all subscribed from Australia!
I normally add a little bit of APC (either citrus wash or similar) in with the snow foam most dirt runs off with the snow foam then, however that's when I'm washing vehicles I do NOT know if that would be safe with livestock
Adrian I usually put the female end on the lance and the male end on the hose, then you don't have to worry about the female end bouncing or dragging on the ground and getting damaged when you are rolling the hose up.
Hi Adrian was wondering what u think about going into dairy we have 100 acres in one block and I have experience and love it I was thinking of milking 50 but before doing anything I want your opinion and how many do you milk and your yearly salary(farm) one

Adrian you could tie strong fishing line up their would stop birds nesting I don't mind them either but they are very dirty and carry a lot of diseases not good for cattle. Great video thanks for sharing 👍.

Where can u buy reel for washer
At my work there is a power washer like that and i can feel the strain on my back when pushing it long distances because the handle bar height was designed by a small person! Fitting a set of chopper handle bars would be a good job. Great job your mods

Adrian your farm is an absolute credit to you, it’s admirable how you manage to combine looking after your stock, having the farm & yard so neat, tidy & unbelievably clean, along with the requirements & needs of a young family. Was just curious to know what kind of foaming agent you were using in the early part of the video & is it the same as you used in an earlier video when you were cleaning the pipe work on your milking parlour, & if it can also be used on machinery?

That pressure washing bring back memories. Had to clean the top and underside of cow sheds. It's came to around 8000sqm. The straps are a nightmare. Think my neck is still recovering. Great to have a Wednesday vid.

Theres a non contact detergent called kenotek. I use it for truck and tractors as a snow foam. Its some tack. Friend of mine using it for facia and soffet cleaning. Would make quick work of that sheeting. Kenotek snow foam
Pity you not got a siser lift then you might not need a long lance for working at heights with the washer saving your back

Why not use a tall,sturdy camera tripod with v yoke to hold your pressure washer lance.
