100% WORKING METHOD | RESTORATION OF DEAD INVERTER LEAD ACID BATTERY LIFE FOR FURTHER 1 YEAR [HINDI]

- You can increase your inverter battery life for further 1 year by using these simple steps at home. Before do all activities please use all necessary safety gears.
1. Remove all battery acid by using a hand suction pump or injection. This battery acid will re-used after filtering.
2. Now fill 1 liter of distilled water in each compartment of battery and shake battery.
3. Now take out this solution also by using of hand suction pump.
4. We will reuse this acid after filtering.
5. Now clean or washout all battery compartments with tap water as per instruction given in the video.
6. Now take about 50 gram caustic soda and mix some water to dilute it. Pore this caustic soda solution in each compartment of the inverter battery.
7. After 30 minutes remove this caustic soda solution and wash each battery compartment with water as shown in the video.
8. Now clean battery terminals with wire brush or emery paper.
9. Fill filtered acid in battery and pore some battery water in battery.
10. Now connect battery terminals with the battery charger or inverter.
11. Please confirm whether battery is charging or not by using of Multimeter. if Battery charges then it draw some current it means our battery is ok.
12. A 150 AH inverter battery takes around 30 to 36 hour time to full charge if it draw 5-6 amps.
13. After that check battery at load by switching off input voltage. I tested my battery by putting up a 200 watt load for 2 hour and result found satisfactory.
Note: battery life after restoration is depends upon battery to battery. Battery life can increase at one time only (this is not a repeated process).

Second you have to follow all safety norms when you do this type of work.
I already explained in my video that first you collect all acid or solution in a plastic container safely with the help of a suction pump of hand pump. Then do washing activities.

First if battery is new and not older than 3 year (depending upon warranty ) then you do not required to follow this step because your batty under warranty hence you call service center they will replace or rectify problem.
Hi My battery is new and just 22 months old but it is dead(as we did not use it for some time) and when i called for warranty they say it is dead and can't do any thing, but warranty also I can't claim as it is only 18 months warranty, I asked what is 36 months written on battery, they say if you exchange with in that period you get 20% off on new battery🙄, I don't know why they write 24, 36, 48 months on it, warranty will only be for what is written in book/card, so if it is written as 18 and on battery written as 36 still you won't get any exchange if it is gone.. now what should I do I don't know☹, I have put for external charge now, hoping it to recover. Actually companies generally offer 18 months for guarantee (free replacement period) and 18 months for warranty (free maintenance period) if your battery not work. Again you file complaint against service provider.
Actually at call centre un-experienced staff working you demand to forward my complaint to service manager.
You can try the method as i explained in my video but you may loose chances of free maintenance of your battery by company

Using tap water will short the plates and the battery will be of no use further , still if you want to try wash with battery water and don't use soda at all

Soda or any base chemical is required to clean your battery plates perfectly. Normal tap water doesn't harm your battery I have taken feedback from battery manufacturers.
Dont confuse the process. Tap water is being used for cleaning purposes and is not in a powered battery. That water has to be properly drained before putting distilled water with acid. Tap water can't be used as a electrolyte in Lead acid battery because of other soluble salts and minerals which can harm the chemistry of it

Kindly check specific density of battery solution by hydrometer. You can buy it @ 100 to 150 rupees at any local battery charger or making vendors.

It's depends upon your battery hydro-density. We use hydro-meter to check hydro density. Hydro-meter ke under level mark hota hai for correct density. Like in fully charged battery solution density should be 1260.

@@dineshder7374 it not possible to recover full dead cell. You can just servicing it for better supply but when you clean it with water or soda after this you must refill acid 1% and water 3%.
