Trick or Treat and Dethgasm are my favorites! Black Roses and Rocktober Blood are also a Blast! Great List, I just subbed. As a metal head for 33 years, I've seen all of these. When I first got into Death/Black Metal there was very few metal horror movies.
Thanks so much! Yeah, back in the day, it was definitely hard to find stuff and when you do, it's like hitting a gold mine! I liked finding movies in movie rental stores that weren't a chain, but, were way out in the country. Some crazy finds in that time!
Just watched 1986’s metal horror Trick Or Treat for the first time. I liked it! I was familiar w the Fastway song for years but had no idea it came from this movie. Cool! 🤘 - Kada
My fave isn't on your list but it's a must-see... with the caveat that it is *terrible.* It's 1987's 'Rock n Roll Nightmare' with Jon-Mikl Thor. Total low-budget Canadian, cheesy monsters, bad acting, nonstop Motley Crue-esque music. Rifftrax is the only way I can watch it - and I love it. It's so bad, it's good 😝 - Kada 🖤
I had tons of metal celebrities in my movies (Peter Steele, George Corpsegrinder, Attila from Mayhem, blah blah blah). I try to have as much metal in my soundtracks as possible. In the early days, I refrained from known bands, but when I started meeting metalheads who never heard of Candlemass and other bands that I thought were commonly known, I started getting permission for their music in my movies. I vowed that if I ever had a mainstream deal, I would still have metal. No rap.
8:32 - believe-it-or-else but KISS borrowed the evil lookalike robots idea from the Three Stooges! That's right, a 1959 sci-fi parody Have Rocket Will Travel...! (To this day KISS are STILL apologizing for this film!)
Oh, I didn’t know that about the Three Stooges! Makes sense. 😅😂 I would still love to see Paul Stanley acting in a serious role. That would be hilarious!

It’s a classic! 😁It definitely has its own vibe going. I love the Ozzy part. Haha
🔥🔥🔥 VIRGIN 🔥🔥🔥
These movies look wild 😹 I will see which ones I can actually find to watch since I also don't go outside if it's above 80 degrees...
Lmao!!! Hey, there’s a bunch of them on Tubi. Yeah, heat sucks. 😂
@@firesatmidnightI watched Deathgasm on Tubi yesterday, Dia...I liked it a lot!!! 👍

Yess!!! I have seen that one yearrrs ago but, completely forgot about it!! And, I actually love the band Thor. Their music videos are hilarious!
Interesting choices, idk if you already see it but "Metalhead" movie is great also.
I think I've seen it, but, I'll have to watch it again.
2:36 - the two rare songs from this movie can be found on Alice Cooper's 1999 box set...
My brother promptly informed me after watching this video. lol I should’ve known that!!
Nice list. I think The Devil's Candy would've fit here too.
Yeah! I forgot about that one. Would’ve definitely fit on the list.

I do remember a lot of your older interviews. Definitely a lot of old school and not mainstream which was appreciated by all of us watching.
I've seen most of these. Trick Or Treat is my favorite. You need to check out Rocktober Blood.
Haven’t seen that one. I’ll check it out!

When does. Trick or treat 1986 coming to bluray.

Wow, not sure on that one. That’s a good question! SLAYER!
@@firesatmidnight it was supposed to be this spring and now it’s dead I. Think
