agree on everything both assets r imp, but concept of rental yield on asset purchase cost is something not practical, as per me rental yield is like divident which is derived from current cost not purchase cost , as whole ecosystem and economy changes over time, how can we calculate rental yield on purchased cost...
i was buy a lic @ 25 yrs age and we get retrn 25 lekh now i can not buy bathroom in mumbai..agent sya after so much time you may get 30 lekh but actuallly we get 25 only they are intrested to their commission
