Tips: - The kataifi needs to be browned slightly more, the amount of butter you used mightve made it too moist? - it may be moist due to the pistachio cream youve added. When its browned with adequate butter and time. It incorporates well with the cream in a way that it doesnt clump together. - The tahini you put is a little too much? I recommend a little less. Measurement depends on the amount of katafi you used which i cant measure. - I wasnt sure if you tempered the chocolate. Cuz it was a heart shaped and its hard to notice a crunch or snap. But even so, tempering is important in texture. - you have to eat it at just below room temperature. You freezed it for a bit too long. I recommend refrigerating instead, cuz it can make the kataifi less clumped.

It does not... Pistachio creme is sooo good and ferrero rocher is good too but it does not taste like that. The crunch is the only similar thing about those two.

It's an old thing about extending the life of the bulb, longer use before it blows. I've seen it with halogen bulbs (ones with the wire coil inside) but not really with the energy efficient ones. Blown halogens are from the coil breaking, typically. Don't ask me if it actually works, I never looked into the science of it.

It's an old thing about extending the life of the bulb, longer use before it blows. I've seen it with halogen bulbs (ones with the wire coil inside) but not really with the energy efficient ones. Blown halogens are from the coil breaking, typically.
Don't ask me if it actually works, I never looked into the science of it.
