Thanks for watching my video. Come to think of it. I probably would’ve tried to stay in more Albergues. It would’ve made some of my stages shorter. I just don’t like to stay in albergues but on the Madrid camino, they aren’t crowded at all. It’s a beautiful, beautiful Camino and about 90% of it is on dirt or path. Take Google out of Madrid to the first big town.
Madrid Camino is definitely beautiful and probably OK for a first timer. be sure to take some apps with you like buen camino and have a link to gronze.com. If you’ve never hiked before very much, I would suggest the French way.
I am enjoying accompanying you vicariously on your journey. You are a true inspiration.
Thank you for walking along with me. I appreciate your comments. Peace and God bless!
Thank you for sharing. I will be doing the Madrid route spring 2024. Is there anything you wish you would have done differently?
