This is a great video. Love that it covers a lot so quickly. I will watch and rewind and watch each line again until I get them totally understood in my head. Thanks for doing this!
AINT NO WAY BRO I WAS LEARNING THE TROMPOWSKY I REQUESTED THAT VIDEO FROM YOU AND YOU MADE IT AND NOW I AM LEARNING THE JOBAVA LONDON AND YOU MADE A GUIDE ON THAT. THANK YOU SO MUCH BRO YOU ARE THE BEST
this was such a good video, i've only been playing a couple of weeks and have been using London system exclusively, this variation is working so much better for me. ty
Started watching your channel as a 800 to leaen dragon sicillian, now I'm a 1600 and STILL learning. The Jobava is my main line and it's amazing cause your opponent can't just freestyle!
What a wonderful explanations! in 16 minutes... wow) i had no idea about this system and now i feel like i understand the basics pretty well (i've been playing London system almost all the time and i only heard about Jobava-London but didn't know anything). This is such a cool video. Thank you!
Great overview of the Jobava, good study video for those learning the opening. It would have been fun to show the trap vs. the Pirc/KID. It’s so brutal.
Please cover black bishop fianchetto variation when opponent try to play pirc defence against jobava London there's a brilliant rook sacrifice in that line 🔥
When attacked with the pawn their f6 knight always goes to e4 forcing a trade and putting an annoying pawn there. How to deal with this? I think you need to have the Bishop ready or have already traded bishops before attacking the knight
New to your channel and content, the Jobava is my main opening as white and I still found this very informative! Liked, subscribed, looking forward to bingeing your content
I'm literally crushing my college friend with this 😂 His reaction is like how you improved so much in such a short time.. I'm 1000 and his playing skills were good as mine.. after using this opening my winning chances are 90% 😂😂
@@Volclus I don't gotta watch it to know it was a good video, i ended up watching it after, and it was indeed good! I'm sticking with my queens gambit but looks like a very fun London to play
1:35 wouldnt Bh3 be a good move? To open the H file (if they take) for your rook and plan to castle long, having a huge attack ready for if they castle short. Only question is what if they dont take😂
That would interesting yet e3 is just simpler and stronger. You are are up a pawn out of the opening and you maintain the advantage by forcing opponent knight to move whilst defending your e5 pawn when they take your bishop. Bishop h3 does open h file but leaves your e5 pawn a very easy target and opponent can potentially equalize whilst it is harder if you just play e3 and trade off your pieces and don’t get mated.
Hey this video is amazing! I just wanted to know if its possible for you to make a video on middle game concepts or even just how to maneuver your queen on early Nc6 Nb4 moves by black attacking the queen after they exchange bishops on d3. I find it hard to really find solid plans after they make this maneuver. Thanks for the instructive opening scenarios!
0:58 incorrect, Bxe5 if they play Nxe5 you play dxe5 if they play Ne4 or Ng4 and now you play Qxd5 reasons why Dxe5 doesn't work because they have Nh5 I know my jobava
i love your content man, and just a thought if you want your videos to do better on release i suggest uploading earlier in the day since most of your fans are probably EST or ECT
@@jangamecuberThanks, but I think this line will only be suitable for blitz. I have no problems against the English in blitz, but more so in classical games.

2:16 you can also play Bb4 check and on c3 you move back and you defend c7. White could push the b pawn but that doesnt really give him a advantage

can you make a video about the latvian gambit?
Can you do a top opening tierlist for both white and black

I wanna run this but my friend will only open with e5 😢
This feels like hacking chess for some reason. 😅
what if black does not castel
Then the king would be very weak in the center and then we can open the e file
Thanks
Gracias
2:20 this is a lie they have bb4+ then drop back to a5 defending
And that move is better than both of the other ones. I dont know why its always overlooked

We have got opening guides against e4 ( c6, c5 and Nf6 ), against d4 ( c5, f5 ) and now we need something against c4.
If he sees this, there's an interesting gambit called the Vector Gambit after 1. c4 d5 2. cxd5 c6

When London system????
12:16 "also d5 is hanging. also their entire game sucks" lmao
FUCK YES I LOVE JOBAVA
I guarantee the first time I try this my opponent will play Ng4 after e5 which is the one Knight option you didn't cover 😂
just play 6. Qxd5 Qxd5 7. Nxc7+ with a fork and a +6 advantage
Actually the first time I tried this the guy played Kd7...which was different. I ended up losing, so whatever that was I didn't capitalise on it...
its a +3 advantage isn't it?@@jangamecuber
@@ollie5845yeah it depends on how long you run stockfish so i didn't run it for very long so +3 is probably more accurate.

It's not just 2 moves after 4. Nb5. The actual best reply is Bb4+, followed by Ba5 and the game continues.
