There are a lot of mothers who have the same reaction after something traumatic happens. It affects everyone differently, and there are factors that may not apply to everyone but apply to some. Every situation is different.
It’s sad but I could only imagine the key factors that played a role. Like for example, his dad was still a child when they had Sean. Still developing emotionally &mentally. Then add that to the mother of your child tragically getting taken away from you, he was stricken with grief and probably wouldn’t be able to process it well while trying to raise a child on his own while still being a child himself. People deal with grief differently and going what he went through could be tough.
It hurts, he looks identical to his mom, nothing like his dad. His dad lost the love of his life and it’s hard looking at his son because he sees the love of his life. My baby sister!😢

I will never understand why murderers are allowed a second chance but the victims can not get another life. Somewhere along the way justice for victims has disappeared and focus has turned to pampering and protecting the criminal. What was done to this poor woman is horrifying but yet the monsters that did this to her walk free. Such a sad story. To make the story even sadder the father of this beautiful baby did not keep a close relationship with him which is awful. Thankfully he was able to grow up and become a wonderful man making his mom proud in heaven. RIP to this beautiful woman who was robbed of the life she so deserved. He is a wonderful young man and I am very proud of him. Yes, my baby sister would have been very proud of him. He is an amazing young man. I am very angry that they are out there free, while there is no return for my sister and no justice. I do believe in God and I give it to him in prayer. Thank you.

My sister passed away from natural causes at 18, and one thing that's always bothered me is that more people didn't know her name or how special she was. I think that feeling would be even worse if someone had stolen her life. I would want the world to know her name and what happened to her.

This is heartbreaking and so scary. When i was pregnant in 2018 i found a girl in my due date group who lived locally. She asked me if i wanted to meet her somewhere just to hang out and talk about our pregnancies and hopefully be friends. Now keep in mind im very shy and painfully awkward. I either over share WAAAY too much or dont share enough and seem rude so I have literally no friends and i thought it would be nice to be friends with someone who was having a baby about the same time i was but i was paranoid that MAYBE she was faking her pregnancy and was planning on getting me to trust her and be alone with her and then cut my baby out, steal him and kill me... What insulting sentences and why only charged with second degree murder not first?- they lured the woman to her death and if that is not premeditated then what is?
At the time the crime was committed only cop killers were charged with murder 1.

I grew up in Eastern Pkwy, Bedford, and Rogers.. All my cousins went to I.S. 61, she went to school with my older sister Che. This was f--king sad when it happened. My family from 🇹🇹, and everyone from the area, Crown Heights, felt this one back then. I was a kid, and I remember this like yesterday. It's a very family oriented community. This one hurt really bad. This was beyond wild.

This is heartbreaking and so scary. When i was pregnant in 2018 i found a girl in my due date group who lived locally. She asked me if i wanted to meet her somewhere just to hang out and talk about our pregnancies and hopefully be friends. Now keep in mind im very shy and painfully awkward. I either over share WAAAY too much or dont share enough and seem rude so I have literally no friends and i thought it would be nice to be friends with someone who was having a baby about the same time i was but i was paranoid that MAYBE she was faking her pregnancy and was planning on getting me to trust her and be alone with her and then cut my baby out, steal him and kill me... I'm weird right? Maybe too much true crime? Nothing she did made me think that. Better safe than sorry i guess? We weren't friends on fb and i dont remember her name 🥺
