- In this video, I will conduct a Speed Test with the Hubsan Zino 2 using Sport Mode, Normal Mode and even Film Mode. The length of the field where I conducted this test may not have been long enough for Hubsan Zino 2 to reach its' top speed. Also, you will get a feel of how long the flight time is while flying aggressively in Sports Mode. This is just another installment in a series videos so STAY TUNED for more detailed Hubsan Zino 2 Flight Reviews.

Man, that thing goes 36.6 mph in Sports Mode! That’s crazy! It looks like it flies like a champ and the sensors work too. I’m new to the Zino brand and just got myself the Zino (Black) so I’m pretty excited to take her out soon. I really like the design and customizable functions it has overall. Great video Chad! 👍🏻

During orbit in film mode I saw a block of white / grey on left bottom corner for few secs.Thank you for the video
Oh yeah...that is an editing mistake. I have multiple layers of video and didn't close out one layer completely. If you look closely, it's the FPV feed.

Hi dude, nice footage... i was worry about sport mode, but it seems like very enjoyable! it's not a fpv drone, but would be interesting to make cinematic fpv footages like!

Thanks...I also get the sun flares as well. But yes, it is hit or miss because he got one with a broken gimbal.
I see from your weather that you're in Woodbridge...I live in Leesburg and just pulled the trigger on an Autel Evo. We'll have to get together and fly sometime...I'd love to see a Zino 2 up close and personal.

I've not seen any Zino or Zino Pro videos showing off the feature consistently. I get the feeling that Precision Landing still has some bugs or is just a gimmick.
Chad, if you had to choose a champion, would you choose Zino 2 or Fimi X8 SE?
@@robmaloney1394 Ugh!...you're putting me in a bad spot...lol. I still love my X8. However, I like the Zino 2 for its FPV range and image quality from the camera (there have been issues, but hopefully that can be resolve). Its hard for me to say right now. Still have some things to test on the Zino 2. If there continues to be issues with the Z2 then Fimi X8 wins. I'm sorry I couldn't get you a more definite answer.

Hey man, great video. You might of already said this but where did you get your Z2? I have one ordered from gearbest, been waiting since mid Dec. still not shipped. The latest they said it would ship by 3/6...lol. Anyway I ordered another one direct from Hubsan but then got an email saying it won't ship until 3/30. Eventually I'll get one of them, probably both at some point. Good video can't wait to try it out myself.
Thank you very much. I purchased it from GearBest on Dec 14th and received it on February 7th. I was one of the lucky ones. However, my aircraft is down now because of a faulty cable. So I guess I'm not so lucky now.

Thanks Daniel. Yes...In pretty much all my videos you can see it when I'm facing the sun. Also, during a twilight flight off camera, it began flickering (bright/dark) when I used night mode to catch the sunset. I'm not sure if I was even using it correctly. How is your Z2 holding up?

Thanks, Chad for the testing! Basically, Zino 2 is a great big bird that's very responsive to the stick controls and flies fast or slow very well. On mine, after landing it, the motor cut off seems to work better when using only the throttle, than when using both sticks together - strange, don't' understand why? I noticed that you got the same issue.

@@ChadB Well, maybe not.When pulling the right stick simultaneously with the left, the front propellers momentarily start spinning faster before completely shutting off... Check it out and let me know... When pulling the throttle stick by it self, they stop, but it takes awhile longer.

Hey Ron, yes I've had the same or similar problems. Most of my experiences have been off camera, but you may notice a few defects in my other videos.

Hi, i tried today flying it, but to be honest i'm really scared to fly it. It is unstable, its not returning home properly and randomly makes dangerous manovers. I,m afraid to try other functions. The orbit mode at first few times it failed, red error after i tried to land it started with the orbit mode but it did not do that, instead some wierd movment, i got it safely down. So dissapointed @Z2. Already regret the buy:/
Really? Sorry to hear that. Did you do your calibrations and updates (through app NOT through computer) before flying? Although it has some issues right now, this is the first time I'm hearing it behaving like that.
@@ChadB yes i did. At first i did trough app and then i did the pc version, and it was succesful. Everything seems fine. Only thing i don't get is i see everybody else have under version. HUBSAN IT 0.4.9 i have 0.4.3. Either way im not trusting it right now.

Let me add...the Zino 2 camera does have some defects though. QC Guy's latest video points it out. I've experienced the same thing..
Everyone says don't update. I had a zino pro and had to get a refund from Amazon because I had so many problems. I didn't know at the time I could rule back the update. I really liked that drone before the update.
The landing one is potential fly-away because my Zino behaves like that before it took off after landing.

Looks like a fun drone. I ordered one about a month ago don’t know if I’ll ever see it LOL. Will be my first drone and looking like I’ll have my 107 before it arrives. Watching your videos with envy LOL. (Who the heck gave this video a thumbs down, really?)

TOTALLY USELESS RESPONSE I GOT FROM HUBSAN: "From the record the crash is due to the abnormality of the power. However, our engineer say there are already several crash records on the flight log, and the aircraft may have broken down before. Have a nice day." I don't know about you, but I find this totally unacceptable! DJI here I come. I had absolutely no control over this when it crashed, it had been flying just over three minutes with a fully charged battery, they cannot possibly say I caused this. 500 quid down the drain! NEVER AGAIN HUBSAN, WILL YOU STEAL MY MONEY!!!
